Came in and asked to use the bathroom before I ordered. They said I had to order and check out before I could use the bathroom. There was only one person checking out. I began to order my sandwich and asked again for the bathroom code as I was already ordering. The person said no, we have to check you out first. I said, ok, check me out and I'll come back and finish ordering. She finally agreed and let me check out so I could use the dam bathroom. You shouldn't make a paying customer wait to use the bathrooms.

I walked in and immediately I was greaterd by a staff member by the name Melissa. She was very pleasant and helpful. Now if I was manager here in Thornton I would offer her employment at my store but unfortunately I'm in Brighton. Thumbs up to her great customer service she is a needle in a hay stack.

Easily one of the weirdest subways I’ve been to. Walked in and no acknowledgement, guy put gloves on and I thought he was going to welcome me and ask for my order, no worker just started a mobile order without even a hello I’ll be with you in a little. Stood there for a solid 5 minutes with more awkward silence and just decided to place the order online. Made the order fine I guess just really lacking customer service.
