Blackjack Pizza & Salads

We ordered on 12/14/24 a simple salad, pizza, and wings. The wings were cold and hard, the salad was big chunks of the lettuce rinds and huge chunks of onion with a sprinkle of tomato. We called to make the manager aware of the state of their lettuce and the manager was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional saying their salads are fine. We weren’t even asking for a refund or replacement, just giving them an FYI. We will never order from the establishment again just because the professionalism of the employee.

We had ordered a pizza that came very over cooked. Call and was told they would remake it. 45 minutes later I call for the pizza and told it was out for delivery but the driver left it behind and by time it was delivered it was cold. We were told they would remembrance the cost and after three weeks of trying they finally gave us back our money. And were told we could not make orders with them anymore. They mess up and now we are ousted???? Really disappointed, would not recommend!!!

ever stime i order for work it's always always always wrong and I call and they say there nothing we can do about

Called in one item I have ordered before, person that took the order over the phone rang it up incorrectly so when I went to pick it up and the order was wrong I was told it would be another hour until I get the correct order. Zero customer service. They did not care about making their mistake right. Was looking forward to what I ordered because I do like their food... shucks

Daniel was amazing it took a little longer than expected he came out and told me as soon as he found out it would be a little longer than what the website had said he came out and apologized and they just had amazing service overall amazing business amazing employees

I have ordered here three times and all three times they got my order wrong. That's pretty impressive considering my pizzas only had three toppings. It's pretty ridiculous that they can't manage to put the toppings on that you order And pay for! it's not like there's a bustling restaurant with tables to wait on and waters to fill and checks to bring and during all the chaos they have to make pizzas. The only thing they have to do is put toppings on a pizza correctly and put it in the box. I worked in a Pizza place it's not that hard. Read the order 2 times before you put it in the over. They can't manage to make pizzas right. Pretty insane knowing how simple it is. If you go here be prepared to pay for toppings that you are not going to eat. Check your pizza before you leave the store and if you get delivery be ready to wait over an hour for them to fix their mistake.

I’ve been eating at this location For 17 years or more and we finally got an owner who cares about quality pizza coming out and they’re definitely knocking it out of the park. I would highly recommend given this establishment. Another chance if you have been being let down for years.

As a New York City boy from the Bronx, I was out here in Colorado visiting on my second day I tried blackjack pizza on the recommendation of a friend of mine. We both had low expectations for pizza in Colorado as we are from New York, but I have to say, not only were we greeted with amazing pie, we also got exceptional Customer service. I would definitely recommend this pizza to anyone visiting Colorado. I give it 10 out of 10.

Ordered delivery ..told 45 minutes..60 minutes later nothing..called them..they answered and hung up 5 seconds later..called back..he lied about hanging up immediately ..avoid this place

MUCH MUCH better now that Shawna isn't running the place (more so forcing her kids to run the place)
Quality pizza and best of all their ranch: I come here sometimes just to buy that! Great staff too!
