Horribley ran store not a signal person can speak proper English so when your order is wrong they can't understand you to make it correct. You get 3 different people to the window because the person before can't understand so they just walk away next one same thing. This is getting to out of of hand I shouldn't have to accommodate someones lake of English in a English speaking restaurant. Must be to hard to ask for any more. If I could give you no stars I woukd!

Waited for someone to take my order as employees just stared and walked around drinking coke. Left after 10 minutes of waiting they were in no hurry at all to take my order. Thanks.

I love burger king whole heartedly but this one establishment is a train wreck. my partner and I went through the drive through this morning and had the most difficult experience with the drive through employee. she had us pull around before we even ordered because she couldnt hear us and shes new so she didnt know about the deals or anything, which is alright. it wasn't until we went back around to actually order our food that it became irritating. she said hello and we responded, telling her we just needed a minute, then when we called out to make the order which didn't even take us a minute to decide, she helped 2 other people who were in line after us, seemigly ignoring us. when we got to the window she went over our order and forgot one of our sandwiches, so we cleared up the mistake, told her it's one more sandwich, and she went to fix the order. we've already been at the drive through for 30 minutes total while it's not busy, no lunch rush or crazy lines which was ridiculous but I understand being new so we tried to be patient. after maybe another 5 minutes she gives us our order, asked if it was all in there and it wasn't. once again we had to correct her and she looked at my partner as if she was lying about there being a sandwich missing but surprise surprise she looks in the bag and it's true. we finally get our other sandwich, go home and sit down to eat our food and when we pull the food out of the bag the sandwiches are half smooshed, my partners whopper had mayo and ketchup on there despite politely asking for none of it to be on there and also gave us the wrong breakfast sandwich.

overall, this place needs to do better. train your staff better, don't give out flattened burgers, make the food correctly and fix your system for the drive through. I'm sure people are tired of going there and nobody can hear the order to which ends up giving them the wrong food.

i don’t know what’s going on at this restaurant, order is always wrong, staff never get it right, charge me for the wrong thing EVERYTIME, forget something, or i sit at the speaker without being helped until the second lane had already had 3 cars go by. i don’t understand ive worked plenty of fast food and ive never seen such a dysfunctional store

Night crew doesn't pay attention to anything there on phone, ordered ahead 10 minutes ahead and got there just to sit there for 30 more minutes because all they cared about was drive thru, everything was cold like its been there for hours, got the order all wrong, bbq brisket burger has no brisket or barbecue and is soggy like a wet sock, I dont recommend ever coming here in the evening if the evening crew is just gonna mess up orders and be rude to customers there main job is customer service and to make food they cant even do that right.

Food was not good - everything was sticky and just not good- and all the staff were just standing around not doing much-

No changing station for babies-

We left pretty quickly because it was just bad-

we don’t eat out much due to funding and this was just super disappointing to choose as a place to go- won’t return

Typical BG, no cashier for a couple of minutes, pop machine being cleaned, had to go find the cashier and have my pop cup filled by him from behind counter.

As far as Burger Kings go, this is the best one around. The food always seems fresh. Best of all the people here are always so friendly and kind, and seem to be genuinely enjoying their day.
I've never had a bad experience here, I always go through the drive-thru.

It took 12 minutes to get my food from when I submitted my order in the app. I was in the lobby the entire time. The order was a basic sausage, egg, cheese biscuit, and hash rounds. It tasted good though
