Got some food for me and my mom when she got out of surgery. We ordered 2 whoppers and it was literally just junior burgers pattys on each one. Leaving half the bun with no meat. They could have said they didn't have it. Lazy people for sure

They consistently get my orders wrong, usually it's just one item but today every entree in my order was wrong, and for the burger that's the second time I've paid for a double yet received a single. I'm done, not coming back to this BK, and telling everyone I know to stay away as well.

At around 9 o’clock, 930 and no one was in the building ordered a basic breakfast and everything was cold coffee, sandwich, tater tots were all almost at room temperature and then they gave me grief about wanting a refund, and the attitude was so pathetic. Don’t waste your time trying to get, basic poor quality fast food. They can’t even do that right
