They took forever to hand us our food. We were in the drive thru line at the front for about 10 minutes until they finally STARTED making our food absolutely ridiculous. And the workers weren’t even apologetic or nice.

Every time I come here they never give me the sauce I ask for. I ordered and possibly paid for an extra sauce and never got it, when I came back and told them and asked if I could get an extra one with my order they said yes but I still didn't get one. I order a 30 piece nugget and you give me one sauce... Cool

Food is fine, mobile thru is actually slower than the drive through. Kind of pointless to use the mobile and wait longer than an entire line of cars in the drive through even longer than cars that haven’t ordered yet…

Don't use mobile order at this one. They have a separate lane to sit in instead of merging the two. So instead of jumping into line, you get to sit and watch 3-6 cars that came in after you get their food prioritized.

Extremely disorganized. First few times we came here was fine but the last few we have either been missing items or got the wrong items and our most event visit we ordered 2 things and waited 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting spot while 7 other vehicles got served behind us. All we ordered was a spicy chicken sandwich and a kids meal….

Update:
Had placed a DoorDash order at this location and because their system glitched and hadn’t printed it they sent the DoorDasher to a different location, and when I called them to ask about it, they said oh yeah we couldn’t find the order it so we assumed it was for Longmont, sorry about that.

No offer to fix their mistake or anything

this is the third time in a row where we order for mobile pickup, the food takes forever, and then our order is wrong or missing something. super frustrating. this doesn’t happen at other nearby locations.

We’ve been to this location twice, both during non-peak times. Once was in the mobile drive line and another time was dine in using the mobile app to place our order. Both times we waited over 15 minutes for our food. After reading other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated case. There are some major kinks to work out in this location and I hope the owners are taking feedback seriously.
