Eric at Dairy Queen deserves all five stars! He has made every single one of my kids’ birthday cakes absolutely perfect. The designs are always spot-on, the cakes taste amazing, and he never misses a detail.

On top of that, he’s consistently polite, patient, and genuinely kind every time we stop in. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. Thank you, Eric, for making our celebrations extra special year after year!

Got yelled at for them getting my order wrong, when I asked them which order they forgot, they would not answer yes or no to the question they only replied with my whole entire order until they figured it out without an apology. They were also annoyed that my order was long I'd recommend not coming here

Worst service! Every time we have gone to this location, our order is wrong. Wrong size, wrong blizzard, overcharged.

Dairy Queen treats and Orange Julius in one!! What a treat and delicious place to visit! Offering the best of both worlds! It was clean, well organized, and great customer service! I highly recommend going here for your next treat!

Absolutely disgusted. Manager check your camera at 5:55pm to 6:00 pm on November 5th. You will watch one of your employees eat off of my blizzard and then lie to me that it didn't happen. I had them make me a new one at that point the same employee decided to gesture as if she would throw it out the window at me. They seem to think people can't see through the reflective glass at night. They lost a 6 year customer tonight.

This is the worst DQ ever! I rather drive to Longmont just to get an ice cream made right! They don’t know how to make a blizzard and there rude as hell!

Had a buy one, get 1 blizzard for a celebrating birthday and they wouldn't honor the discount. I decided to buy 2 blizzards since we were there. She is 28, had her drivers licensealso to prove it was her birthday, it didn't matter. She ordered a Reese's peanut buttercup blizzard with extra peanut butter sauce and when she got it, it didn't have the peanut butter sauce which I paid extra for and so I questioned the manager, young guy and he said that's what those little specs are in. It is the Reese's peanut butter cups. I said I know it's the Reese's peanut butter cups. It doesn't have the peanut butter sauce and this is what she orders every time she goes to Dairy Queen, so she knows what it's supposed to taste like. He insisted that it had it, I told him. No, it does not have it and i paid extra for it. Can you please remake it? And he refused to remake it like I said, she orders this every time so she knows what it's supposed to taste like. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone. I will discourage them from going there. I will never spend my money in that place again. It ruined the atmosphere. It ruined experience of her birthday. I am 55 and wanted to do a small little treat for my bonus daughter, it was awful. This place doesn't even deserve one star , but it makes me default to 1 star. Don't go here in Firestone, CO if you have a discount coupon or birthday to celebrate!

Dairy Queen is always good. But the service is not the same. Employees seem not happy feel very rushed when getting our blizzards. Atmosphere seems like they are annoyed and don’t care.

Unbelievably expensive. These guys are now charging $5.79 for a Mini Blizzard which is more than a large used to cost not that long ago. Fast food should cost fast food prices, $5.79 for a Mini is not that.

Came in with my SERVICE DOG ordered my food. Received my food went to set down. WAS told I could not have my SERVICE DOG inside. That was totally against the law. He was very rude and not professional at all. Employees name ERIC . A little update I did call corporate and they apologize deeply, they are going to be contacting the owner/ manager of the store. Knowing that they broke a law. I should be hearing back from the owner/ manager soon.
