Sister and I just went here and the first thing that happened was a worker looks at us and nods his head no. Then as we order kept saying “Is that all?”When we got up there to receive food and pay, he seemed to have an attitude. Never experienced this in all my years of visiting, and unfortunately I don’t really want to come back. Not if we get treated horribly. Seems that anyone gets hired nowadays.

They shouldn't post food if they don't have it. If they are only ice cream products great but the advertise food inside and out at the drive-thru so if you don't offer food take it off the menu board. And you really have some rude employees

THIS time...I was in a hurry. Stopped in for a quick snack. All employees in back. After a (short) bit, one employee peeks out, goes back into hiding and tells another employee. Employees #2 apparently takes his time to come out.My impatience takes over and I leave. I acknowledged that my patience was the issue.However, employees need to understand how important it is to at least acknowledge the customer. A quick "we'll be right with you" or even a nod of the head in salute would have suffice.I apologize that we, the customer, are an inconvenience for your social time with coworkers.Normally, service is decent and shakes are delicious!I admit this review is written after a hard day. But, I think it still applies. ;)

Okay service I come here with my friends to get lunch and have a treat. Workers here are kind of anti social it seems but that's okay as long as I get the correct food. Amazing pretzel sticks keep it up!!!
