My wife and I were so disappointed when Colorado Del Taco's closed! We went there fairly often and enjoyed the food and the prices. We were so happy when they reopened. Prices have gone up since reopening but we're still ok with that. Staff is courteous. The only thing we dislike a lot, is being forced to use the kiosk to order. We always struggle with it and can't modify our order the way we like. We really miss the personal touch and interacting with a human. A real step backwards in customer service and creating customer loyalty. Please remove or at least give the option without having to ask. Otherwise, we love Del Taco.

Sad to see some of the negative reviews recently. I think they are better than ever! The staff is ALWAYS so nice and friendly when I come. Food is accurate and fast service. I don’t want to admit how often I have been coming since the re-opened. 😂

The other restaurants in the parking lot were all pretty busy and since I was in a hurry and the Del taco parking lot was empty, I decided to give them a shot. Should’ve used a little common sense and realized there was a reason nobody else was eating there They pay minimum wage and they attract the type of workers that reflect that pay.

Do not ask for help on the order kiosk and do not expect help in ordering at the counter.

Love the food but went to this location because they closed the Brighton location and when I showed up to pick up my online order, I was missing a whole meal of food and a couple tacos my wife told them about the missing food.Then they left us standing there for 15-20 minutes while our food was getting cold and soggy. My wife returned to the counter and said something again. They then needed to be told again what was missing and then proceeded to check my bags like we were lying. After realizing their mistake, I still waited another 10 minutes to get my missing food. All we got wasn't sorry about that and sent on our way. When I got from home, all my food was cold and very poorly made. So very very poor service at this location, i wouldn't recommend it.

Ordered three steak tacos at the drive thru. Got up to the window and bro had rung me up for something completely different and was trying to hand me some other order. We figured it out together and he gave me the correct order. I pulled out of the drive thru to check the bag bc I try not to be one of those pricks that doubtfully checks the bag right in front of you while also holding up the line, and to my dismay, I had been provided (and charged for) four tacos. Not three. I left with them anyway and mucked them all in like five seconds and couldn’t tell they were lowkey kind mid until they were gone.

I visit del taco frequently. I was so sad when it closed but they used to take a very long time to get food and frequently messed up the order. We have been in since the re-opening and it was so good! The food came out quickly, and everything was hot, and tasted so good! The staff was friendly and working hard to get orders out fast. I am so glad to have del taco back in our town!
