My wife and I were so disappointed when Colorado Del Taco's closed! We went there fairly often and enjoyed the food and the prices. We were so happy when they reopened. Prices have gone up since reopening but we're still ok with that. Staff is courteous. The only thing we dislike a lot, is being forced to use the kiosk to order. We always struggle with it and can't modify our order the way we like. We really miss the personal touch and interacting with a human. A real step backwards in customer service and creating customer loyalty. Please remove or at least give the option without having to ask. Otherwise, we love Del Taco.

The other restaurants in the parking lot were all pretty busy and since I was in a hurry and the Del taco parking lot was empty, I decided to give them a shot. Should’ve used a little common sense and realized there was a reason nobody else was eating there They pay minimum wage and they attract the type of workers that reflect that pay.
I am updating my review. Since it has re-opened I can say the food is way better now. Fully filled tacos with plenty of cheese.

Love the food but went to this location because they closed the Brighton location and when I showed up to pick up my online order, I was missing a whole meal of food and a couple tacos my wife told them about the missing food.Then they left us standing there for 15-20 minutes while our food was getting cold and soggy. My wife returned to the counter and said something again. They then needed to be told again what was missing and then proceeded to check my bags like we were lying. After realizing their mistake, I still waited another 10 minutes to get my missing food. All we got wasn't sorry about that and sent on our way. When I got from home, all my food was cold and very poorly made. So very very poor service at this location, i wouldn't recommend it.
