Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

Been coming here awhile, usually after a night shift. Supposed to be open at 7AM, but this morning for the (3rd time this has happened)! I arrive at 715 and they haven't even started up and tell me the fryer isn't ready and they can't serve food. Pretty pathetic honestly and if I were the manager of this place,i'd be investigating why your workers aren't ready to take food orders right at 7AM! There were 2 cars behind me after I ended up driving up to the window and they had to turn around!

I really hate leaving this review because this use to be one of my favorite places to eat. We came in here a few nights ago absolutely nothing hard about the order but yet they screwed the whole thing up there wasn’t one thing right. I speak to a manager and her fixed it but it was too late. Fast forward to tonight I drive in there and as once again for a very simple order a chocolate peanut butter cookie dough spoon bender and what did I get one they had been sitting in the freezer and had no peanut butter in it. It was so hard you couldn’t even get a spoon into it. I drove back around and talked to the same manager asked him if everyone in there was brain dead. He tried to tell me oh it just came out of the machine that hard. Lol. There was literally edges on the custard because it had just been sitting in a cup in the freezer. Whoever the area manager is you better check into this store I think there might be one active brain cell through out the entire store. It’s truly not that hard holy crap guys you aren’t making rocket fuel. They said they would remake it I didn’t even want it at that point I wanted my money back but was never offered that.

That youngster work in the window was very disrespectful. He repeatedly told me I did not have the full meal. Several times and essentially forced me to show him my receipts for my meal, i mean, come on, it's a pepsi.First of all it was a small pepsi, second of all, it's what I paid for!!! Also, the fries we're lukewarm at best and the guacamole in the burger. I tasted very old

I ordered a chicken sandwich but it was very dry and rubbery. was not pleased with my meal .

Hours are an estimate. Opens late and closes early. I’m convinced this place just doesn’t care. Has inconsistent food and I’m done trying. Got there at 10:36 and they were closed and turning every one away. And it’s not the first time. Definitely the last.

The young lady at the counter that took my order was very nice and friendly. The food came to us very quickly. We barely had time to get our drinks and find a table to sit down when they came out with our food. The French fries and onion rings were very hot right out of the friar. And Big Daddy's bacon cheeseburger was delicious.

The food was terrible...the bun was soaked in sauce, the onion slice was one inch thick and actually thicker than the whole burger itself. I shouldn't have to pay over ten dollars for such a disgraceful standard.
