The young lady at the counter that took my order was very nice and friendly. The food came to us very quickly. We barely had time to get our drinks and find a table to sit down when they came out with our food. The French fries and onion rings were very hot right out of the friar. And Big Daddy's bacon cheeseburger was delicious.

I had a young lady help me, I believe she was part of the management team and that her name was Tori. She was the sweetest thing and had a huge smile on her face even when the customer in front of me was rude. She was on top of things and really did an excellent job.

For some reason we spent 30 minutes after we ordered the food.
I don't know if they were short staffed or something else.
I hope they correct whatever was wrong and serve the customers faster and efficiently.
