I am a customer and a neighbor (one mile) Last evening, I told my waitress the chicken in my burrito was very dry. My only purpose was that I assumed you would want her to share this, with the cook and/or manager or owner so they could correct it and they would know what a customer thinks. If you don't know you can't look into and fix something. No one came to me to acknowledge what I had shared. No one said sorry for my experience. No one thanked me for sharing. That is rude! I will think if I want to continue to be a customer (as I have been since I moved in 2012). I am one voice and my continuing to be your customer or not will not make of break your business.

I ordered a ground beef taco salad that was nothing but grease on the bottom. I ate the top and let the waitress Be Vivianna know. She was argumentative and said that wasn’t grease. She charged the full price and did not care about my dissatisfaction. My child ordered a quesadilla with beans and rice. Vivianna brought out the quesadilla and rice. When we told her that we also ordered beans, she again got argumentative and said her meal did not come with beans. She then walked away and later brought beans. What happened to good customer service?

Ordered take out on Friday night and I realized half my food was missing when I got home. Fajitas served with no tortillas, soft tacos came as hard, two sides of rice and bean missing, and an extra $8 charge for something I didn't order. I called back the next day for a partial refund and they asked me how they know I'm not lying. They said they can't do anything for me and hung up on me. We USED to go here all the time.

Has been a while since our last time here. We come back due to our previous experience had been great. Unfortunately, not this time . I ordered the Hacienda platter , rice was súper dry. Chicken was burned ( where griddle marks taste bitter, not sure of griddle gets clean daily / often )Steak was good, but small portion. Shrimps were overcooked( dry). I asked the waitress to please bring me a side of rice and the chicken. I got the rice first. Chicken arrived like 15 min later. Same way as the first one , burned. I did not ate either of the chicken or rice. When we brought this to the waitress attention, she seemed like it was not a big deal. I paid the bill and left . I will not be back . Stopped by Good times to get a hamburger and some fries with green chili, delicious.

Was our regular spot for 2 years, but recently it's gone downhill fast. Portions getting smaller, prices going up. Issues with food missing ingredients (ordered beef, got chicken), or dishes missing entirely from the order and having to be made separately while the rest of the food gets cold. Now they put up a sign that they won't be doing free chips and salsa. But only for take out? Not that they won't be free for everyone, just punishing take out. Cool.
We won't be back.

The food is very authentic when compared to our dining experiences in Mexico. Great salsa and chips, and the house margarita was not too sweet or weak. We had chicken chimichangas, rice and refried beans, and a small amount of Mexican coleslaw. We will definitely go back again!

I’ve gone here dozens of times over the years. Food is good enough, though we’ve had some mixed results. Stopped going here much when they started charging to use a credit card to pay. It’s a cost of doing business; just absorb it. Seems like between this and $2 bag fees, they’ve adopted a strategy of nickel-and-diming customers. There are plenty of other Mexican places to eat at. Choose another one.

This is some of the best Mexican food you can find in the area, even if you crossed under I25 and went into Longmont. Salsa is perfect, the meats are all fantastic, rice perfectly cooked and flavored, and the refried beans are to die for.

Love this place! Great variety on the menu and I've enjoyed everything I've had. The margarita varieties are all great and the salsa is excellent.
