Everytime me and my family come to this location we are greeted by the new manager Rico. He always makes sure our food is fresh and delivers with a smile. He also takes care of the elderly. This is the only place I see employees actually taking there orders to the table. We appreciate his hard work and dedication. Trying to change the culture of the store. As long as Rico is over the location we will always be customers there. Thanks Rico and team for making our visits memorable!!

I stop coming to this location because it was ran so poorly. I gave them a second chance and boy was I amazed at the change in environment. There new manager is so friendly. He goes out of his way to help customers and always has a positive attitude thanks RICO for your hard work. Customers like myself really appreciate the southern hospitality!!!

Under new management! Rico is doing such a great job of community building here. He was so warm and welcoming to not only my family, but every other family who came in while we were here. We had a minor mistake with our order and it was urgently corrected. The dining room was the cleanest I've seen it in a very long time. We'll be back!

made a mobile order for two combos and one additional side, wasn’t ready in time but no big deal, get home and they gave us zero sides, no biscuits, not one. called to let them know and they argued insisting they remembered putting sides in the bag, like I want to drive 20 more minutes round trip for 3 small sides.. gimme a break. Get down there hoping they would at least have it ready but instead had to wait another 5min. Guy behind the counter still insisting he gave us the sides as he handed the missing food over and i’m sorry but that’s ridiculous, I wasn’t even that mad I had to go back but basically calling me a liar because you forgot to do something? I’m assuming the guy in front of me the first time got some extras in his bag.

I read a lot of so-so reviews here but I can/will absolutely guarantee you that this is the best kfc in the northern Colorado I-25 area. Like the kids who prepared my food must have been long descendentes of the kernel himself. Absolutely insane meal. Got an original 10 piece and the 6 piece tenders and it was all beyond perfectly prepared. Juicy lip smacking fingering licking endorphin inducing chicken!!!
Even when seemingly understaffed, the service was great. We arrived while the cook was on break, and we're asked if we wanted to just wait for our food, and we obliged. We were kept consistently updated on the status of their kitchen, and even got to talk about music taste for a while. When they brought our chicken out, it was fresh, hot, and very tasty, making it well worth the visit, even if we spent longer there than we planned.

Our food was fresh, the pot pie was flaky, the chicken was crispy and the cherry pastry bites were tasty. The best part though was the service. I didn’t get names but the two service people working gave really great service. They were attentive and friendly and made sure our experience was good. (I am a director of operations for another restaurant concept and would feel fortunate to have them serving my guests.) We came in later and were served like it was mid dinner rush. My only complaint was the dining room was cool. Thank you for an enjoyable meal!
