KFC in Firestone CO has been such a hit and miss fir months.
Thought I'd give them one last try today.
It's ALL about the customer service.
Today, SUSIE...working the drive up window was so genuine, attentive, spot on with all the promotions... Her standard of customer service is what is revitalized this KFC location.
Foods good...but now I hold this location to Susie's standard.

Clean environment to eat in food was cooked to perfection. Service was over the top. We met two people Susie and the GM Rico both made our visit warm and welcoming and we look forward to coming back maybe tomorrow it’s the deal on Wednesday where you can get the chicken fried steak for a discount good job

My mom and I are here a couple weeks ago and Rico waited on us, he was AMAZING! SOO positive and responsible. More importantly he treated my mom with the utmost respect. Which is hard to find in this day and age.
