Very disappointed. Myself and one other hit the drive thru for the 4pc deal. We both got what we wanted for chicken, but the skipped on our sides. Instead of 2 biscuits and 2 mashed and gravy per 4 piece meal,we received 1 of each. Very disappointed. Didn't receive a receipt so I can't even provide an order number.

As many times as I have gone, it doesn't seem to get better. Gave them 5 chance and all 5 they messed up on orders. Products were not fresh either. 3 online orders and 2 in store. I dint recommend going to this location unless you just don't care.
I witnessed the male shift leader putting buiscuts in boxes with his bare hands. I told him that was not appropriate and he stared at me without any apology. Our chicken and fries food was barely slightly warm and quite stale. Biscuits and potatoes were the only hot decent food we received. I do not recommend this restaurant.

This is the worst experience I have had at this location by far we ordered a 16 piece family meal. Our sides were not large as you can see by the mac and cheese, they did not give us a large, potatoes were only half full. The chicken was supposed to be extra crispy, it was not. The manager will be contacted to rectify the situation, not worth $45+ dollars.
