This mcdonalds has always been good- with food and service until tonight! Im so frustrated. The young guy at the drive thru who took my money was so rude and short when talking to me. He practically threw my change at me and it fell on the concrete. There's no reason to be that rude. Please remind your workers to be at least more cordial. So disappointed

Not a big fan of their cost cutting measures. This includes handing you a bag of food filled to the top that you cannot possibly go through in a drive thru line and simply not including all your food. Losing out on 3 to 4 dollars an order is infuriating. I'll just have to insist that each meal come in it's own bag from now on.

Went into the store placed my order on the kiosk. Waited about 15 minutes for my order they yelled out my number hand it to me barely got a hello or even a thank you got home. Large fries were only halfway filled. My husband thought I ate them with prices being so high it would be nice to get a full order of fries

Hit or miss if they get your order right. I had 4 cars go before me (that showed up after me), repeated my order and coupon code-still got charged full price this has happened here more than once. Wasting my time with this location. Employees not with it.

Do NOT go here if you want service! No one is ever at the counter, if you need anything they are rude and look at you like you are bothering them. They have taken away the soda machines in the lobby so if you want a refill, 1. you have to find someone 2. they make you throw your cup away and give you a new one, that's really saving you money! Food was not hot! They use too be really one of the best, now they stand alone as one of the worst!
