Hit or miss if they get your order right. I had 4 cars go before me (that showed up after me), repeated my order and coupon code-still got charged full price this has happened here more than once. Wasting my time with this location. Employees not with it.

Do NOT go here if you want service! No one is ever at the counter, if you need anything they are rude and look at you like you are bothering them. They have taken away the soda machines in the lobby so if you want a refill, 1. you have to find someone 2. they make you throw your cup away and give you a new one, that's really saving you money! Food was not hot! They use too be really one of the best, now they stand alone as one of the worst!

Customer service at this location needs alot of help. The staff is friendly if you can get their attention. I watched an older couple, mid 60's stand at the front counter waiting for someone to come take their order for close to ten minutes. The woman was on crutches. There were three employees sitting at the table nearest the counter just talking away as the couple stood there looking around, two of these employees had walked out from behind the counter and didn't even acknowledge the couple standing at the counter. The girl that was running food out to the tables walked past them 4 times and never even looked at them. Finally after close to 10 minutes the person running the drive thru came over and took their order. It's sad to me that since self service kiosks have been put in place the customer is no longer number one. I remember when employees would bring you an ashtray and take away your trash, now the tables are always dirty and no employees around to help a person order their food. I am more and more disappointed in McDonald's everytime I come here. Do better McDonald's, do better.

This is the worst McDonald's in the Tritown area if not the whole of Colorado. Terrible customer service. Employees seems to not have any training on taking orders at the drive thru. Go to the other McDonald's if you don't mind the drive. This one should be shut down.

This McDonald's is such a disappointment. It's clean, but everything else falls extremely short. The first word that comes to mind is laziness. We rarely eat McDonald's, but having breakfast is a once a month guilty pleasure. We were the only people in the lobby but were rushed through like there was a giant line, and she actually walked away twice. It took us less than 1 minute to order🤷🏼♀️ there were plenty of people working in the back. The oatmeal was served with lukewarm water and didn't cook. We asked for a certain amount of condiments, We asked for 4, and she brought 1, so we asked for 3 more she brought 2 so she had to walk back once more. THE SWEET TEA, uggg, clearly someone added water to an almost empty batch. That's the only way to explain the way it tasted. It was very disappointing because there were older adults working there which usually ensures a tasty, satisfying experience but it felt like a group of children worked here.
