This is the worst McDonald's in the Tritown area if not the whole of Colorado. Terrible customer service. Employees seems to not have any training on taking orders at the drive thru. Go to the other McDonald's if you don't mind the drive. This one should be shut down.

This McDonald's is such a disappointment. It's clean, but everything else falls extremely short. The first word that comes to mind is laziness. We rarely eat McDonald's, but having breakfast is a once a month guilty pleasure. We were the only people in the lobby but were rushed through like there was a giant line, and she actually walked away twice. It took us less than 1 minute to order🤷🏼♀️ there were plenty of people working in the back. The oatmeal was served with lukewarm water and didn't cook. We asked for a certain amount of condiments, We asked for 4, and she brought 1, so we asked for 3 more she brought 2 so she had to walk back once more. THE SWEET TEA, uggg, clearly someone added water to an almost empty batch. That's the only way to explain the way it tasted. It was very disappointing because there were older adults working there which usually ensures a tasty, satisfying experience but it felt like a group of children worked here.

I went here for lunch and I noticed that they have gotten rid of the soda machines and ketchup dispensers. I had to go ask for ketchup packets and it took about 5 minutes to get the packets. I sat back down then realized there wasn’t any napkins in my bag. I just suffered without a napkin because I didn’t want to have to wait such a long time again to receive service. I wanted a refill on my soda so I had to wait around again to get a refill. These cost cuts are resulting in terrible service and experiences for the customer. Next time I’ll just go to Wendy’s where these services are the standard.

Don’t go here for breakfast and don’t order it online! They will mess it up every time! Also we ordered breakfast online and paid for it way before the 10:30 cut off and pulled in to pick it up at 10:31 and they canceled it even tho it was placed way before 10:30 and all paid for! Super disappointed! The employees don’t care. When we ask for ketchup they say it’s in there and it never is. Super frustrating when people just don’t feel like working

Can't speak for atmosphere I went through the drive through, but this was one of the worst fast food experiences ever I ordered a quarter pounder without ketchup and mustard and a six piece nugget. They had me wait for 12 minutes then I left without checking because even if it was wrong I couldn't wait there any longer I had an appointment at the DMV, anyways when I looked at the burger it was a single small patty (like one for a cheeseburger) that was torn in half and spread out a bit two slices of cheese and ketchup and mustard. I was only pissed because the burger I paid for was 6$ and a cheeseburger which is basically what I got is 3$ it's whatever I'm not struggling with income but no one likes getting ripped off! And seriously in the time they made me wait they could have just given me what I ordered ?
