Almost $35 for one pizza. I was told the price included tax & delivery fees. I was then asked if I wanted to add a tip ($$). I did not add tip, because price included a delivery cost already!

Called to order a shaqaroni for 12.99 and an 8 piece buffalo wings pairings and we're told by the call center that because of our location the pizza is 13.99 and the wings are only 6 pieces unless we pay 3 more dollars for 2 more wings, so when my husband goes to the store to pick up the order, he explains his frustration and is told that they don't care and threaten to call police, I'm sure my husband let them have it after being told they don't care, but then to threaten to have police called on you after complaining, is really too much.

I've observed her actively working alongside her team to prepare for peak hours and engaging in community outreach to promote the restaurant. Her dedication to ensuring a positive customer experience is evident.

I had an excellent carry out experience! Ordered online (don't forget to check for deals, I got an XL pep for $11). Pizza was done in 12 minutes on a Sunday evening and it tasted great. I'll definitely be returning

Ordered a 13.99 pizza and the total came to 25.13. I called before I placed the order online to see why so much. The guy said there was a delivery fee applied. I asked if the driver got the money and he said no. I said that doesn't right. He said hold on let me see and he hung up on me. Papa John's you should be ashamed of yourselves for screwing over your customers and your drivers.
