Terrible service. Time for Marcos. Blackjack first now Papa John’s will gone due to terrible customer service. Ordered online. When the nice deliver driver came. I was missing an item and the charge was not the same as the receipt I had in my email. Poor driver didn’t know how to handle the situation. Called manager. Manger said I couldn’t get my missing item (that I was being charged for) nor could they change the price. I asked politely to either just remove the item that I am being charged for or if they could just return with my missing item and I will gladly pay. Was told they could do not do either. So I did not pay and driver took back the order. Great way to handle business. Never ordering there again.

The first pizza that we ordered was either dropped or slid off the car seat, because it was a mess you couldn't even tell what it was. I called the store they refunded the order and brought us a new pizza. Excellent customer

I’ve had Papa John’s in many states and several different counties in Latin America. This Papa John’s should get some sort of trophy or award. Incredibly good pizza, they LOAD UP the ingredients, and their staff is extremely friendly. Amazing experience here!

We've seen the ups and down of this store over the pandemic years. They even closed for a short while. Tonight we decided to try them again knowing new management and team members are on board. We ordered a simple, large, carry out and timing was about 15 min. When we went to pick up the order, the store was clean and we were greeted by a very friendly woman who was eager to help. Unfortunately, there was an issue that was out of her control, but she rectified the situation immediately and made it right. On top of that, the final product could have been a show peace. It was obvious they put extra effort to make it right. We appreciated the kind service and extra effort. Thank you to the person working tonight, you made our day.

clearly the people there do not care about their job or care about anyone else. the customer service is terrible not to mention that the drivers are terrible as one driver was turning left and almost hit me as I was coming at him and he had a red light. terrible atmosphere and if you order their pizza it will take forever and be cold by the time it gets to you. terrible pizza place

After reading some of the terrible reviews for this place, I'd like to add a good one! My husband and I walked into the Papa John's looking for a quick meal, but we weren't aware that they don't make pizzas ahead of time. The nice gentleman who was working behind the counter let us know that it would just take about 10 minutes to make one fresh, so we decided to order and wait. He quickly went to work making the pizza, and was done with it several minutes early. The customer service was outstanding, and the store front and the kitchen area where the pizzas are made seemed to be clean and orderly. We took our pizza and went out merry way, and about 10 minutes later opened the still hot box and dug into our delicious lunch----yummy!
