I had a great burger here because I asked for it medium rare and it and actually came out medium rare for a change. I live in Florida and I really appreciate the quality of the beef in Colorado and this restaurant did a great job and gave me exactly what I wanted. The cleanliness of the restaurant was noticeable as well.

I am a foodie! This restaurant makes all the food from scratch! I have been impressed with everything I have eaten. The goat cheese app & pretzel were delicious! The Philly cheese was amazing! Angie & Kaylee served us like we were at a fine dining restaurant!

Update: still awesome food and drinks, great staff and an enjoyable experience. The newly refreshed interior is relaxing and inviting. Always a fun time.

I'm not one to write a review but after eating here and seeing the reviews on Google I felt compelled. Some of the rough reviews must have come when they first opened because I experienced none of the issues mentioned.
We had a wonderfully pleasant experience and enjoyed something that you rarely get while eating out. FAMILY TIME. The world is so fast paced and to sit down with our children and have them ask if they can go outside to play games out the restaurants backyard was an eye opener, my wife and I joined in on the fun while waiting for our food. It's different and that's a good thing in today's eat or be eaten world. The food and service were great and the local beers on tap were excellent. They have something special here that no one else offers...if they missed the mark with you try them again, I think you'll find I'm right.

I can't get over how unexpected and delicious the food is at Peppers. Their breakfast/brunch menu is incredible. Lunch and dinner are great and they update the menu and rotate seasonal cocktails. The staff is friendly and remembers us, it's a very welcoming place.

A frequent spot that serves some great food and has awesome folks running it. Never a bad meal in the two dozen or so times I've been here. Their fish and chips are great, the burgers are awesome, and it's one of the last truly good casual restaurants around nowadays.

First time here, had the Ahi Tuna Nachos, the Lightshine Helles Lager from Wibby Brewing, the Pickle shots, the Pub Burger and sweet potato fries. Everything was awesome and fulfilled my expectations. The food was so good. Our waiter Orlando did a great job with recommendations and service. We are coming back for sure

First timer and very impressed. The food was great and Orlando our server was very attentive and personable.
We had the whiskey steak bites, pub burger with garlic parm fries, chicken club, ahi tuna sandwich and shared a warm carrot cake. Yum!
