We tried Pepper’s Fireside Grille for the first time today and walked out as big fans. We originally sat at a high-top but moved to the bar since those stools had backs — and we’re so glad we did. Hailey, the bartender, took outstanding care of us. She gave great menu suggestions and was seriously impressive to watch — effortlessly multitasking while running the bar, handling service drinks, and taking care of guests.

We also noticed the manager on duty jumping in to support the team — helping with dishes, changing kegs, running food, and backing up the bar when needed. It was great to see that level of teamwork, especially coming from leadership!

The highlights from our meal included the caprese flatbread, the tuna rice bowl, and the featured banana cake dessert. We were completely stuffed by the end — but couldn’t leave the cake behind. We even labeled the leftover box “tomato salad” to try to protect it from our tomato hating teenager at home... Don't judge until you've had it! LOL

Good food and a relaxed experience. We spent a few hours catching up with a friend, and the server was very kind and accommodating.

Could not finish this five-star chicken tenders plate! My retired-chef husband loved on his prime rib French dip plate with real aujus & generous mushroom slices. Really nice place, still! Lived out here since 2021.

Tanza yea

Ordered breakfast to go. Husband loves breakfast burrito. I got short stacks which were terrible texture and taste. Also ordered a chicken fried steak with burnt toast and packaged gravy (tasted like it anyway) it was over peppered, so much so I ended up throwing it away. Both meals were cold. We live very close, no excuse for cold food.
Have eaten here for years used to love it, but the food gets worse and worse. Will not eat here again.

Definitely try their weekend brunch and mixed drinks. Hamburgers are big enough to fill up our teen and my picky spouse loves their fish and chips. Service is always above average 😁

I have been to this restaurant numerous times and it is becoming my family's new default. Service, drinks, and food quality are all excellent and more remarkably, consistent, no matter the time of day. It feels very well-managed.

I was craving a monte cristo and was excited to see they had one on the menu. Checked online that they for sure had it and called and asked it was confirmed it was on the menu. Arrived to find out that they have a breakfast menu and don’t do a monte cristo until after 2. Typically a monte cristo is considered more of brunch sandwich. Very disappointed that I could not order a Monte cristo after driving 30 minutes out of the way. I settle on the stuffed French toast. My husband got his food before me so we had to awkwardly wait until my phone arrived 5 minutes later. Hash brown did not have any seasoning. Toast was a little burnt and cold. Stuffed French toast was soggy almost soup texture. Strawberries were hot while the French toast was cold. Cream on top of the trench toast had no flavor. Service was slow and not great. This restaurant was unremarkable and I won’t be back.

Take your money elsewhere you’ll be happy!! Overall will never come back here. We’ve gone here consistently for the past 4 plus years. This place has certainly gone downhill or perhaps it was working with the manager on hand at the time. Watch out for the menu because it seems that you no longer get extra items but “extra in your items” so $6 extra gets you 2 additional pieces of shrimp instead of another taco. Perhaps I’m old & do not go out much but I’ve certainly learned my lesson and will be supporting other businesses with my money.
