I think Peppers is great, just getting pricey like everything else in the world. The tempura firecracker shrimp is the bomb!!!! Also the whiskey steak bites are delicious. The herb roasted chicken is amazing. And my favorite salad is the beet with goat cheese.
I had a great burger here because I asked for it medium rare and it and actually came out medium rare for a change. I live in Florida and I really appreciate the quality of the beef in Colorado and this restaurant did a great job and gave me exactly what I wanted. The cleanliness of the restaurant was noticeable as well.
I am a foodie! This restaurant makes all the food from scratch! I have been impressed with everything I have eaten. The goat cheese app & pretzel were delicious! The Philly cheese was amazing! Angie & Kaylee served us like we were at a fine dining restaurant!
