Ordered delivery as part of a promotion for our kids' school. Prices were not competitive, but ordered anyway to raise money. Website said 25-35 minutes, but after I ordered, the ETA changed to 50 minutes. I figured they might be busy with the promotion going on, but when it was 10 minutes before the expected delivery time and the pizza wasn't even showing as in the oven, I started to wonder if there was something wrong. I had agreed to text alerts, but no alerts after the first to say I placed an order. Also, the order never showed up in my history and I received no points at all, even though I was signed in when I placed the order.

I called, only to be met with a system that either let me listen to a useless automated message about the status of my order that I can get from the website and then immediately hang up on me, or leave me on an endless hold. I never got to talk to anyone, but around the time of the ETA, the pizza finally made it into the oven.
1 hour and 45 minutes later, we received our cold, rubbery food and threw 85% of it into the trash. I myself ate 2 bites of pizza. No one touched the wings. At least the driver was friendly. Can't do this again though.

Pizza was delivered by a hottie in a nice red sports car, she had a cute smile so I gave her a decent tip. Amazing service, pizza was delivered fast and was nice a hot. Like the delivery driver uwu x

We ordered two pizzas online. They each had a different crust (stuffed and pan) because half of our kids each like a different ones. They all only like cheese so we ordered half cheese and half pepperoni. So complicated order for sure. It seems our special notes didn’t print out on their side so when I got home they were both pepperoni (but super fast and right on time.) After calling them they offered to replace both pizzas. We only took them up on one of them. But super great service to correct a mistake right away when the mistake was brought to them. The pizza was ready by the time I got back to pick up the new pizza. Kudos to them.

My first order had less “boneless wings” than I ordered, so I called and asked that they be replaced. They sent another driver out and this is what I got when they tried to make it right. Unbelievable, fire the staff or don’t order form this clown house

DO NOT order online. They took money out of our account 3 times and yet there was never an order placed. And now they tell us it will be 3 to 5 days maybe..... and if it doesn't show up we should call again. Horrible, unacceptable policy!

Employees were nice but ordering has become a mess. Father ordered a pizza by phone. They hung up twice, taking a partial order. He finally gets through, orders it for pick up and 30 min later a driver knocks on our door saying it's a cash order. While my dad is sitting in the building waiting. So they sent the order wrong because they hung up and we ended up with 2 pizzas.
