amazing location!! i have ordered here many times and rarely do i have a bad experience with the staff here. i will come in on my lunch occasionally when i dont feel like packing one and usually it is given to me within the expected time frame, sometimes even quicker than expected. deliveries are always hot and quick, which is what i pay for! a lot of these reviews make this place have a bad rep. i have been coming to this location for many years and my (rarely occurring) problems have always been solved swiftly, and kindly. don’t let people get in your head about this place! lots of times they just woke up on the wrong side of the bed with no one to take it out on, or they ordered delivery in the middle of a sports game and expected it in their grubby hands within 20 minutes. if you treat the staff with respect and kindness they return it tenfold!!! love love LOVE this place!!!

The delivery driver in the little yellow piece of a car is thoughtless, rude, inconsiderate, selfish and drives like a 6 yr old. Has no care or concern for the paying customers of pizza hut or friendly human citizens. Unbelievable how people like her can actually get a job and keep it.

Good food. It's always delivered good food for a chain pizza place. Out of about 100 orders I have had only a miner amount of mix ups. 90 to 95 orders perfect. 5/100 missing a side dipping sauce or something small. 3 to 5 times maybe missing a salad. They always have correct the order by redelivery or credit. Overall a will ran quality food for a pizza hut.

I ordered lunch every Saturday for my coworkers at the hotel I worked at. The orders from Pizza Hut were always perfect and yummy. Hot, fresh, and delicious! I used the Pizza Hut app and earned free pizza and other goodies...and the cool thing is that it also allows me to add the tip to pay everything all at once...in case I was away from the front desk and someone else had to accept the food. But, my delivery guy is what makes Pizza Hut the place I ordered from the most. Upendra always has a smile and is super happy as soon as he walks in. He is very kind and personable, which makes a big difference - you can tell he enjoys his life! If all delivery people were like Upendra, deciding where to order from would be a lot harder. But since they're not, Pizza Hut got a lot of business from me on Saturdays when I worked at the hotel. Thank you for the great food, Pizza Hut. And thank you for the amazing service, Upendra!

Ordered delivery as part of a promotion for our kids' school. Prices were not competitive, but ordered anyway to raise money. Website said 25-35 minutes, but after I ordered, the ETA changed to 50 minutes. I figured they might be busy with the promotion going on, but when it was 10 minutes before the expected delivery time and the pizza wasn't even showing as in the oven, I started to wonder if there was something wrong. I had agreed to text alerts, but no alerts after the first to say I placed an order. Also, the order never showed up in my history and I received no points at all, even though I was signed in when I placed the order.
I called, only to be met with a system that either let me listen to a useless automated message about the status of my order that I can get from the website and then immediately hang up on me, or leave me on an endless hold. I never got to talk to anyone, but around the time of the ETA, the pizza finally made it into the oven. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, we received our cold, rubbery food and threw 85% of it into the trash. I myself ate 2 bites of pizza. No one touched the wings. At least the driver was friendly. Can't do this again though.

We ordered two pizzas online. They each had a different crust (stuffed and pan) because half of our kids each like a different ones. They all only like cheese so we ordered half cheese and half pepperoni. So complicated order for sure. It seems our special notes didn’t print out on their side so when I got home they were both pepperoni (but super fast and right on time.) After calling them they offered to replace both pizzas. We only took them up on one of them. But super great service to correct a mistake right away when the mistake was brought to them. The pizza was ready by the time I got back to pick up the new pizza. Kudos to them.
