This is perhaps the most amazing experience I have ever had with a restaurant (and I have eaten at the Ritz, London). I had ordered my usual, a supreme, which can be quite hit and miss at other establishments. Not here though. When I placed my order, I was treated to an incredibly polite and well mannered young woman (Isabella?) whom assisted me in tailoring the pizza around my dietary needs (if I so much as look at gluten, I will need to spend the next day in the bathroom! (not pretty)). Soon after, the charming young lady said that my order was confirmed and that it would take ~30mins, to my great and happy surprise the pizza arrived in just 10 minutes!!!! incredible! Even luckier still, who should greet me at the door with my pizza? None other than the ever-smiling and warm Isabella whom wished me a fantastic night and off she went. I have never tasted such a depth of flavor from a gluten free pizza, but this one was truly delightful. I will be certain to order from here again!

I ordered two cheeseless pizzas because my husband is lactose intolerant and I have my own food issues, which usually is no problem for a pizza place. I thought this would be a great time to try ordering from Pizza Hut, since they even have an option to let you select no cheese instead of having to call and ask if they can change it. However, this is the worst pizza I have ever seen. Two pizzas, burnt so badly that the bread and pepperoni are black.
Edited to say that when I called, the manager sounded a little mean, but offered to remake the pizza and explained why it was burnt. When I got there in person she was very kind and apologized, and said that it was because their sauce burned really easy. She tried to have it remade and even took it out a little early this time, but it was still burnt. So at least now I know it wasn't on purpose. I'm grateful that she genuinely tried to fix the problem. However, I still probably won't be ordering here again. There are several other places that can make cheeseless pizzas that taste absolutely delicious without being burnt at all, let alone as burnt as this one. I think I will stick to those places.

amazing location!! i have ordered here many times and rarely do i have a bad experience with the staff here. i will come in on my lunch occasionally when i dont feel like packing one and usually it is given to me within the expected time frame, sometimes even quicker than expected. deliveries are always hot and quick, which is what i pay for! a lot of these reviews make this place have a bad rep. i have been coming to this location for many years and my (rarely occurring) problems have always been solved swiftly, and kindly. don’t let people get in your head about this place! lots of times they just woke up on the wrong side of the bed with no one to take it out on, or they ordered delivery in the middle of a sports game and expected it in their grubby hands within 20 minutes. if you treat the staff with respect and kindness they return it tenfold!!! love love LOVE this place!!!

The delivery driver in the little yellow piece of a car is thoughtless, rude, inconsiderate, selfish and drives like a 6 yr old. Has no care or concern for the paying customers of pizza hut or friendly human citizens. Unbelievable how people like her can actually get a job and keep it.

Out of about 100 orders I have had only a miner amount of mix ups. 90 to 95 orders perfect. 5/100 missing a side dipping sauce or something small. 3 to 5 times maybe missing a salad. They always have correct the order by redelivery or credit. Overall a will ran quality food for a pizza hut.
