This location has the sweetest manager, Emelia (I apologize if I spelled your name incorectly). She was such a joy this morning to my kiddos and I who needed a little pick me up. Wonderful service and the other 2 gals were also smiley & kind!

Today I decided to get a Starbucks. I started ordering my drink and was chatting with the women who was working. I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato and she asked if I wanted extra caramel I said sure that sounds good. I told her it is my birthday and she said oh hold a second let me just do some magic. I thought it would just like 10% discount or something, but she ended up giving it to me for free. I was oh my gosh that is so sweet of you. This absolutely made my day. I asked her name and it is Amelia. So Amelia thank you and your boss needs to give you a raise 😁

I am officially done with this location!! I had the same type of problem twice now with same young guy. I am blown away at how he acted to a customer on two separate occasions. Defensive and seemingly takes everything personally. He needs to find a new line of work. At no point of either interaction did I act in a way that warranted this behavior.

Both times that I have dealt with this guy, he acted downright angry at me. Glaring at me after he placed my coffee on the counter.

I had never had an issue with any employee after going to many different Starbucks for 18 years until this guy. His little comments obviously stemming from anger have no place in a customer service role. On neither occassion was I rude to him. His behavior is unwarranted.

Getting openly frustrated with me because he doesn’t know the menu and doesn’t make offerings like every other staff member does shouldn’t be my burden. Angry, defensive, demanding and entitled are good ways to describe his behavior. He needs to grow up and then join the workforce. After 18 years of going to Starbucks, this is shocking.

I will never visit this location again after being berated in front of all the customer for asking a simple question about the cost a drink. I frequently this location often and can’t not believe the way I was treated. I know one customer doesn’t make a difference, but I will never give my money to that location again.

Lilly couldn't care less about her job. Was very rude and blew me off in the middle of the expressing my displeasure. I've been spending money in large amounts for years here since my company is right down the street. Came in and ordered a trenti strawberry refresher along with other drinks. Was given a drink without any strawberry in it. Was told they haven't had strawberries all week. When i asked why Lilly didn't feel it necessary to tell me that there was no strawberry even when I ordered that drink. She then rolled her eyes and walked away from me and told me no one likes the strawberries in the drink anyways. Horrible attitude, worse customer service from Lilly. The rest of the staff has always been very nice here. I even requested that she let the future guests no that they are out of strawberry and the waved her hand at me to shoo me away. Again horrible service and attitude and I've always been super cordial with your staff.

Went into this Starbucks and it was one of the best Starbucks experiences I've had. Absolutely perfect pumpkin spice, amazing bacon egg and gouda every time I come in. Lily took my order today and it was quick and fast with no complaints. Never had a bad interaction with any of the workers here. I could not recommend it enough. ??

The girl was in the restroom for ever didn’t even leave a sign saying be right back. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with coconut milk. It was disgusting i mean no vanilla flavor barely any coconut milk. If you can’t make a simple vanilla iced coffee. Then you definitely shouldn’t be working at a Starbucks. But my daughter did warn me that the grocery store Starbucks do not do a good job at making your drink the right way I should have just went to the one on hwy 52. They always do a great job. This location in Safeway is not worth your money or time…..

My wife and I always shop Safeway on Sunday morning. We both get a hot beverage and usually I will get the free refill. Today I had a mocha and was following it up with a cup of coffee free refill. It's never been an issue, but today they made a stink about me having a mocha and not wanting to refill with regular coffee. To me it was over thinking. She began to fill the cup and filled it up halfway, but he sad part was, instead of giving it to me, she dumped it in the sink. When I get a refill I always tip the cost of a cup of coffee anyway but I will no longer buy coffee from that Starbucks. I will get it next door at the independent.

Besides from them closing before the scheduled time. Today my ICED BLACK COFFEE was messed up, again. I was served brewed coffee with melted ice and sweetener. Cup was warm obviously not iced coffee. Truly incredible how many times an iced black coffee order can be botched.

This has always been my location to get my coffee fix for years! when I come in and see Ms.Brook working behind that counter I know it’s gonna be great!! :) she knows mine and my husbands drink to the T! And it is so delicious I love how she makes my vanilla ice coffee with sweet cold foam. Thank you Brook! You Rock!!
