Had the worst experience here today. Guy taking our order was rude and couldn't figure out our drink order. Get to the window and pay. We get our coffees and mine is made with whole milk, not oatmilk as ordered, so we tell them. They ask if we can go back through the line, which already took 20 min to get through and then line is just as long. So we say no. They "remade" my drink but gave it back in the same cup it came on and with one taste, I realize they didn't actually remake it! They gave me back the same latte. It's a really good thing I am only lactose sensitive and not intolerant! I have always had bad luck at this location, they never seem to get my order right but today's experience tops them all!!!

Slow AF went on labor day plenty of people yet I had to wait over 10 minutes for my doordash it's ridiculous ? THEY SONT EVEN KNOWLEDGE YOU WHEN YOU WAITING.

This is was the first time I went to a place and was able to get coffee without a problem or a hassle since I been in colorado. I appreciate the staff being nice to me because it's been really difficult here in this place. Ale needs to be manager or she needs a raise.. she was managing. Helping her associates. Keeping the store organized and keeping order with the customers.
And her professionalism was beautiful and she treated me like everyone else for the first time since I been here. I really appreciated today!!

Sunday, 8 am, 7/21 - I was in the drive through; I seem to have gotten there during a morning meeting which seemed to be more important. I was not acnowledged, nor told just a moment. It seemed that there was a bit of confusion, but the store was not busy.

The Barista Talia gave me my coffee with the lid not attached. I ended up pouring hot coffee on me an my car - which lost about 1/4 th of the drink. Talia said sorry but was unconvincing. I asked the coffee be remade, she filled it, and gave it back.
I am wet from coffee down my leg and I am in sales. This is not the first disagreeable incident from this store, but it is the most disrespectful.

If I treated an incident like this in my store... well I would expect a severe write up. I will not visit the store again.
