I want to give a shout out to a young lady named Eden she went above and beyond and gave me the best customer service I have ever received at a Starbucks she was very knowledgeable and all of the products she was very patient with me she was very kind she made me feel like I was right at home her and her teammates were very quick and efficient the place was very clean and I'm now a forever customer thank you Eden and thank you Starbucks for hiring people like Eden keep up the good work eating your rockstar thank you for this experience

The staff was great. It was my daughter's first time at a Starbucks (she is 9 years old ), so she was excited. The gal didn't rush her and gave her some ideas. She chose a cake pop and lemonade. She is asking when she can go back.

I go to Starbucks everyday and have been to this one in the past. This one is obviously struggling with staffing and training. When you pay $8 for a drink and have to argue/explain how to make it twice….it’s very frustrating. Since in frustration I decided to leave without my drink…Here is a $8 1 star review for this Starbucks.

Incredibly lame! How are you gonna charge me for something you messed up? I ordered 2 bagels and you made 3 and gave me the bagel free but charged me for the cream cheese. Are you serious? The old lady acted astonished that my husband questioned why it went up. She’s like I had to charge you for the cream cheese…. What?!? I didn’t ask but for 2 bagels and a frappe and had such a hassle doing that. Not worth the time, bunch of weirdo’s.
This Starbucks is INCREDIBLE! Everyone is super friendly and the store is clean! I love coming in and seeing everyone work so hard! Despite how busy they are (all the time) they still manage to operate like a well oiled machine! Can’t sing enough praises about these great workers!
Also- people need to cut them some slack. If you were to go anywhere else you would be waiting just as long if not longer!

Now I know why I never go to Starbucks. First, it might be nice to have these women use gloves! Then, the attitude and lack of friendliness has got to go! I asked for a receipt and that seemed to put her out. The bagel had a lousy taste. Do you use a bunch of artificial ingredients? It was 1!2 the size of MO’s and Panera and selection is poor.

This is hands-down my favorite Starbucks ever!! Definitely my fave in Colorado, but probably anywhere I’ve ever been. Everyone that works here is super friendly and kind. I always seem to have a lovely mini-conversation with the person who takes my order, and it totally raises my vibe!! Shout out to Ale for bringing out the sunshine on this rainiest of May mornings!! 🤗☔️☕️☀️
