Why is a partner not wearing an apron? Also I witnessed a woman come in and get her tray of drinks and leave. Then she returned with a drink, set it on the mobile counter and said "I took the wrong one". She grabbed the correct drink and left. I was waiting for a partner to grab the drink, throw it away, and remake it. No one remade that drink! The unsuspecting customer came and picked up her drink not knowing that someone could have tampered with it when they took it out of the building to their car.

First of all, I want to say that I am not one to generally complain. However, Barista Julia at this location has to be one of the rudest employees I have ever experienced. She rudely approached my husband and I that our son was misbehaving (3 year old) and that he shouldn’t be on the couch. I understand that, I definitely am understanding of what rules need to be obeyed at establishments, and he was only on there for a minute. She was very rude when she approached us and stormed off and rolled her eyes. She wasn’t polite at all. My husband and I were left feeling berated after spending $30 dollars there.I took my son and left because we felt unwelcome. My husband went to approach her to kindly tell her how it made us feel. My husband said to her that she could do better when approaching patrons about such things, as we are really understanding people. She said my son was running around and misbehaving and then told my husband he could “do better as well” as a parent. All this was said with an attitude and a snide smirk. It’s clear that this individual is not cut out for customer service or has an ill attitude towards family and children. I’d stay clear away from this location if you have children there and if Julia is working. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My recent experience with Julia's customer service left much to be desired, and unfortunately, it's a tale of disappointment and frustration. It's disheartening to recount an encounter that highlighted the lack of professionalism and empathy from someone in a service-oriented role. After sitting waiting for our food for a long while, Julia approached us, politely asking us not to have our son on the couch. This request was understandable and entirely within the rules of the establishment, so we complied without issue. However, what followed was an unnecessary and unwarranted confrontation that soured our entire visit.Despite our son being well-behaved and simply greeting other customers as they entered, Julia felt the need to make a comment about "containing" him. This remark was not only uncalled for but also disrespectful, especially considering our son's behavior was far from disruptive.Feeling unsettled by Julia's approach, I decided to address the situation with her directly. Expressing my belief that she could have handled the matter with more tact and understanding, I hoped for a constructive dialogue. Instead, Julia responded with a patronizing grin and the remark, "you can do better too."This dismissive and condescending attitude only served to exacerbate the situation and left me deeply disappointed. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and empathy, especially in a service industry where customer satisfaction should be paramount. In conclusion, Julia's behavior during our interaction was wholly unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression. It's evident that she is not fit to be in a customer-facing role, and her attitude towards patrons is a disservice to the establishment she represents. My hope is that this review serves as a cautionary reminder for both Julia and the management to prioritize respectful and considerate customer service in the future.

Not the smallest Starbucks I've been in, but not the largest either. Coffee is still overpriced but I guess that's the way of everything right now. There's another Starbucks about 1 mile down the road towards the freeway. This one served its purpose really well because I was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. Everything else is as expected for Starbucks.

The team had great energy with awesome team engagement and moral! They all worked efficiently with kind smiles on their face. Each customer welcomed as the entered the facility. They fluidly worked around each other, looked out for each her and cheered each other on! Leaving this place in a better mood today.

Always takes forever in the last year or so to make a drink even if you order ahead of time.

This is our local Starbucks, and it is painfully slow every time we visit. The employees are friendly, but it takes 30 minutes to get a drink, whether you go inside or do drive thru. Other locations in the area move way faster. I recommend driving a few miles south on I25 -- you'll save a lot of time.

Great Starbucks! They got our order correct, asked how to correctly spell our names, & the service was fast! There wasn't a line when we went!

The only problem was that for about 3 weeks if you went inside to order, you could easily count on a 20-30 minute wait. The drive thru was right at 12-15 minutes. I ordered my usual hot, white mocha and that's it. I was 5th in line and I felt so watching the sweet barista, who always has something nice to say to everyone, and somehow my name got lost. There were 2 names (Sheri) that were even spelled the same but that wonderful girl got it figured out and was the one who got me on my way. Sometimes the wait seems not worth it, then you meet someone like her and you think, "ya know, things could've been a lot worse!" As soon as I get her name I will post it here. Thank you Firestone I-25 STARBUCKS For taking the time to train and appreciate employees and customers! Your awesome! ??Sheri

Horrible! This Starbucks is the worst I've ever been to! They always take twice as long to make everything. Recently waited over 20 minutes in drive through just to order. Unfortunately once you're in their drive through you're stuck. I will drive further and out of my way to get my drinks so I don't have to go to this location.

Never been into this location before but I had to write a review because this team was obviously swamped but they were all smiles and also I kept hearing them tell one another "great job!" and "you're doing awesome." One barista made it a point to tell everyone who walked out to "have the best day" even though she was essentially juggling like eight drinks at a time. It put a smile on my face.
