Had a great experience! Just simple customer service goes a long way, Devin working the night shift independently was helpful, polite, and friendly. If this guy isn’t a manager he definitely should be :) Store was closing in 30min and everything was still out a stocked up, we apologized for coming so close to closing. But he replied “you’re welcome at any time.” And Loaded up our sandwiches perfectly!

I enjoy going to this subway because the staff is friendly and they rarely seem to be out of anything. Devin and Bryce went above and beyond for me displaying great customer service last week when I had left my wallet at home and had to run and grab it.

Well an employee had their 3 kids in there and they were screaming their heads off. Running around playing in the bathroom and running through the back. The tomatoes lettuce looked bad and the bread was stale. All I can say is eat at your own risk. Doubt I will be back. 11/18 around noon.

Rarely get decent service here anymore, employees don’t seem to know what’s going on half the time nor are they able to be efficient. This place has really gone downhill this past 6 months or so, someone else walked out while I was in there because they were tired of waiting.

My wife and I recently got takeout from this location. I finished roughly half of one of the halves of a steak and cheese footlong. There was a screw in my sandwich.

I called the location and was told that I needed to speak to a manager and that my name and number would be given to the manager. I didn't receive a call, so I called the next day and was told to talk to the owner. I sent an e-mail with pictures and proof that my wife purchased the sub from that location. Received nothing in response.

Luckily there was no damage done to my teeth outside of a little bruising. I had my dentist take note of it and take pictures/xrays to make sure.

I plan to stay away from Subway completely.

Came in at 2:45 to get a snack. Wanting to try the footlong dippers. 1 person Bryce, behind the counter, I person sitting in the dining room. There was 1 customer being helped, 2 customers waiting when we walked in. BRYCE was great and helped everyone with grace and precision, however, the time it took for us to get helped was unacceptable. The co-worker sitting in the dining room sat there the entire time. Not even attempted to help Bryce get through the customers, and conveniently did not have a name tag on.

Terrible customer service. He could have gotten up. Helped with customers. And gone back to his break.

The dippers were good.

Went in for 5 sandwiches which came out to roughly $51. I then tried to pay by using a $50 dollar bill and a $5 dollar bill. I was then quickly refused. The lady behind the counter only said that her manager wouldn't allow 50s or 100s. What good is a $50 dollar bill if I can't use it!? Extremely poor service and I recommend going to any other subway. One that preferably takes cash.

We had a sandwich that didn’t get the fresh mozzarella added onto it and when I called to tell the store the lady who answered kept telling me she made the sandwich and added the mozzarella but I was looking right at the sandwich without the mozzarella. This lady had no costumer service skills

While there was only one employee working when I went, a very nice Hispanic guy, there was Mexican music blaring in the restaurant. This is America! I don't want to hear Mexican music! If I went to a Subway in Mexico I would expect that. But I don't want it HERE!!!

Ordered online via app. Said it was ready so arrived about 5 min after notification. Staff said they'll start making our sandwiches now... Oh wait we are out of meat balls so it's going to be a while per staff...20 minutes later sandwiches finally done. Wife's meatball sub ice cold meat balls and got sick right after eating only half. Now today vomiting can't hold any food down. Reported this subway to health inspector.

Every time I come in here, the entire staff is new. The kid that wears the California Angels hat.. you suck at your job. If you don't want to make sandwiches, then find a new job. Find a work ethic. Saddest sandwich I've ever seen made.

Swore I would never come back to this location as everytime I have ordered online it isn't ready and they tell me it's the wrong location. This time not only had they not started on it, even though the app said they had, and I was 5 minutes after it said it would be ready, they tried to give me someone else's food and insisted I didn't know my own name. I've now been sitting here for 10 minutes still with no food. Over 15 minutes after it said it would be ready. And they just turned a customer away at 7:31 when they don't close until 9:00. I meant to order from the location by Safeway as they are great. Don't know why this location is so terrible but I'll be sure to triple check that I'm ordering from the store by Safeway.
