For service and atmosphere I did 5 stars because I ordered through Uber eats and have never been inside the place. But for food I did one start because the tapioca boba was not fresh. It was so hard in the center. Very disappointing as I always look forward to the gooeyness of the boba.

It's unfortunate today just wasn't my day most businesses or employees or ownner simply don't seem to want to work or put forth the effort to have a successful business. I stopped by looking forward to try this place for first time and it was 720pm I was told they stop making sandwiches around 730pm make that make sense. While I walked out the employees simply proceeded to sit down and lounge on their cell phones. on her cell phone it's sad really wanted to like this place but doesn't seem they're interested in sales or providing service during their open hours. I highly doubt I'll return despite the place being very clean and cozy with table top soccer.

Delicious Vietnamese Bánh Mì and Drinks!
I recently visited this spot and had a wonderful experience. The bánh mì sandwiches were absolutely delicious, and the drink menu was just as impressive. The milk tea boba and various smoothie options were all fantastic.
The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the great atmosphere. They also have a nice selection of board games, making it a very family-friendly place.
Highly recommend checking out this Vietnamese restaurant - the food, drinks, and overall experience were all top-notch. I'll be back soon!

We ordered on DD, so I have no knowledge of service or atmosphere. There was no real fruit in my strawberry lemonade as pictured, which disappointed me immediately. Both my husband and I have serious stomach stuff going on now, a few hours later. We didn't even finish the sandwiches. We got one of each sandwich. The pork pate was not grilled as it had appeared in the photo either.
