I’ve gotten boba from this location 3 times always was great but today decided to get some Boba for me and my daughter before she gets out of school, but The tapioca Boba is not good. Some tapioca is so squishy and some are super hard. This has never happened before and it barely has any taste.

I'm a big fan of Banh Mi, and this place really nailed it! Bread was crunchy outside and pillow soft inside; sauce, pate, spices, meat and veggies were plentiful and full of flavor.

The staff is super great, the food and drink options are great. However, they are frequently out of stuff for their boba/tea’s and randomly close during open hours. This is the 3rd time we have gotten our hopes up to go get Boba and they are closed. Getting really frustrated with the inconsistency, we will just go into Longmont from now on, really wanted to support a local business but they have to be more reliable.
