For service and atmosphere I did 5 stars because I ordered through Uber eats and have never been inside the place. But for food I did one start because the tapioca boba was not fresh. It was so hard in the center. Very disappointing as I always look forward to the gooeyness of the boba.
It's unfortunate today just wasn't my day most businesses or employees or ownner simply don't seem to want to work or put forth the effort to have a successful business. I stopped by looking forward to try this place for first time and it was 720pm I was told they stop making sandwiches around 730pm make that make sense. While I walked out the employees simply proceeded to sit down and lounge on their cell phones. on her cell phone it's sad really wanted...

I recently visited this spot and had a wonderful experience. The bánh mì sandwiches were absolutely delicious, and the drink menu was just as impressive. The milk tea boba and various smoothie options were all fantastic.
The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the great atmosphere. They also have a nice selection of board games, making it a very family-friendly place.
