I would give VN pho a 5-6/10. The restaurant itself is small but the atmosphere is great. Quite peaceful and quiet inside. Spring rolls were very basic with only noodles, lettuce, and 2 strips of meat. Definitely not worth $5.00. I ordered a large bowl of pho that was supposed to have rare steak, brisket and tendon. I didn't see the rare steak on top so it must've either been cooked by the time they brought it out or was not in the bowl. The broth was okay, with only hoison sauce and sriracha sauce it's hard to make a more flavorful broth. I was a little disappointed to see that they did not have more condiments to add to the broth. No salt and pepper, fish sauce, soy sauce, or chilli oil on the table. Overall I would give it a 5-6/10. I think if you're really craving for pho it could satisfy your craving for it but if you're going for a full experience then I would recommend driving to Thornton/Westminster for pho that is worth the money and time.

We ordered take out and got the smallest portions of food. My spicy beef noodle soup only had two small pieces of beef and my husbands pho barely had any noodles. Not to mention our bag was pretty much broken and they gave us old brown limes. Not worth it in my opinion!

I had a wonderful lunch with two colleagues last week. I had the rare steak pho, and it was wonderful. With all the extras, and fish sauce, you can build a most amazing dish, that is entirely customizable! Add more heat, sauce and veggies, until you have your special Pho creation. I highly recommend checking out this Pho restaurant!

An abysmal experience at VN Pho. This place came highly recommended by a colleague, but unfortunately our experience here was no where near good, let alone decent. The pho ga broth was tasteless and the chicken was akin to jerky. I usually force myself through any meal I pay for, but I could not choke this down. The summer rolls were average, something you could outshine at home. The beef ball pho was nearly inedible as well, with a slight hint of spices and fattiness, clearing the low bar set by the chicken pho. The noodles in both pho bowls contributed an overwhelming starchy taste and cloudiness to the broth, rendering both bowls, again, inedible. Lastly, the staff chose to sit next to us, in an empty restaurant, and voraciously slurp down their own bowls. Overall, a horrible and harrowing experience. In no world will I ever give this place an undeserved second chance.
