Recently moved to the area from San Diego. We have been trying places around longmont and Louisville, Boulder, and have not been disappointed. Decided to try this place because it’s in the neighborhood. Ordered to go from this place, the taste was mediocre, but the portions were ridiculous, 11.99 for a combination fried rice , and it looks like i got someone’s left overs. I could literally count the number of meats in this dish. Also ordered spring rolls, and Vietnamese noodle bowls, equally as disappointing. I’m ok with driving out from now on. Will not and do not recommend this place, save your money.

The problem with this place is the constantly are filling to go ordered and don’t seem to care about in restaurant dining . Food is always good but the service kinda sucks.

So I decide to go here and it was a Friday Night and it was really busy but one of the waiter is so nice and try his best to get me seated as soon as possible. The seat was small but it worked, but the food was fantastic I got the rice platter with porkchops and a extra side of eggroll and it might be on my favorite item here. 100% coming back here with my partner!!!

Look. I really don’t know how to put it other than I’ve lived all over the world and been to well over 200 Pho restaurants. This is the worst one ever. It’s so sad that I have to write this but it’s just as unimpressive as a bland piece of wonder bread with bland mayo.
There is no flavor here. This place needs to be shut down.
It was just. Nothing. A void where flavor doesn’t exist.
And the staff… they were just not into the job.

Staff seems as though we were a burden. I ordered spring rolls and never got them. The man that brought out our dinner seemed pissed at the world. The food was ok and it came out in a decent time. Door dash seems to be the main revenue since they were much nicer to those people. Bummer. I was hoping to prove the other reviews wrong. Not worth $50 for two small bowls of Pho, chicken fried rice and three sodas. Also an FYI they don’t have a kids menu.

Pho has very little taste and our spring rolls were so poorly wrapped that we couldn’t even pick them up to eat them. Service was terrible too. The two people that waited on us acted as if they didn’t even want to be there. We will not be back.

The Pho here is really good. But if the Pho wasn't here I would still come here. Not just for the delicious Vietnamese Coffee but for the other dishes they serve here. Like the Firestone bowl, which come with noodles and grilled pork, beef, shrimp and egg rolls. Service is always fast but because they are sooooo popular, it's hard to find a table on cold nights. When everyone is looking for a good bowl of warm Pho. Come early and come hungry.

We loved our food and will definitely be back!
Terrible service. Sat there for 15mins and no one took our order. Just got up and left….place is going downhill.

Portions are tiny and food is not worth the price. Pho is mediocre, pad thai is just terriyaki noodles and nothing like pad thai and the beef noodles had enough beef in it for a toddler for the los price of $17. I tried them a few times and this last time was the last.

eta for pickup was 15 min, i waited and additional 17 minutes here, which was no problem as it’s my day off. however, the short half mad with glasses had a very terrible attitude when i asked for extra sauces. i offered to pay extra for additional sauces and he told me “no, we are out”. even though im staring at 5 bottles at all the tables. i wound up going to safeway next door to pitches addition sauces. also the food is awful, i recommend pho lee at the orchard!
