Great dinner experience at VN Phở. We ordered the brisket pho, avocado smoothie, wontons, chicken dumplings, and pork and shrimp spring rolls. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the spring rolls were my favorite—the peanut sauce was delicious. The restaurant is small and cozy, the servers were attentive, and everyone was friendly. Prices are fair, and it’s a great spot for both dine-in and takeout. No complaints.

I went recently, and the experience was really disappointing. The food was okay, but the service needs a lot of improvement. The staff always seem rushed and stressed out, and they act irritated when you ask questions or request something. On top of that, I found a hair on my plate, and when I brought it up, they seemed more annoyed than apologetic. Mistakes can happen, but the way it was handled made it even worse. It felt like they didn’t care about making things right. Overall, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming, and it left a bad impression. I really wanted to enjoy it, but between the attitude and the hygiene issue, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I would give VN pho a 5-6/10. The restaurant itself is small but the atmosphere is great. Quite peaceful and quiet inside. Spring rolls were very basic with only noodles, lettuce, and 2 strips of meat. Definitely not worth $5.00. I ordered a large bowl of pho that was supposed to have rare steak, brisket and tendon. I didn't see the rare steak on top so it must've either been cooked by the time they brought it out or was not in the bowl. The broth was okay, with only hoison sauce and sriracha sauce it's hard to make a more flavorful broth. I was a little disappointed to see that they did not have more condiments to add to the broth. No salt and pepper, fish sauce, soy sauce, or chilli oil on the table. Overall I would give it a 5-6/10. I think if you're really craving for pho it could satisfy your craving for it but if you're going for a full experience then I would recommend driving to Thornton/Westminster for pho that is worth the money and time.

We ordered take out and got the smallest portions of food. My spicy beef noodle soup only had two small pieces of beef and my husbands pho barely had any noodles. Not to mention our bag was pretty much broken and they gave us old brown limes. Not worth it in my opinion!
Ordered a to go order passing by and gave the food quality and portion a 10 as I stopped in for lunch on my next visit the atmosphere was just as great love this place !!! A must try for sure

I had a wonderful lunch with two colleagues last week. I had the rare steak pho, and it was wonderful. With all the extras, and fish sauce, you can build a most amazing dish, that is entirely customizable! Add more heat, sauce and veggies, until you have your special Pho creation. I highly recommend checking out this Pho restaurant!
