We ordered 2 Firestone Bowls. The ingredients were not that fresh. I only got 1 piece of shrimp in mine. Also ordered Crab cheese wontons and they were overcooked. Definitely not worth the money we spent. Will not be eating here again.

Wonderful food. I suggest the fresh shrimp spring rolls or the Firestone bowl.

Some of the best Pho I've ever had. When you're in the Longmont/ Firestone area go check it out.

The basil fried rice is to die for! I also love their lo mein. I ordered to go and was a little early for pickup. I asked how long until it was ready since my little one was in the car and I wanted to wait with my kiddo (right out front). The owner told me he would bring it out to me. That made my day- it’s hard finding people in the service industry that truly give great service, plus it was snowing!

I used to love this place and order from here or dine in weekly. Their food quality has gone down significantly. The new waitress is also very rude, she rolls her eyes and has a really bad attitude. Last time I waited a long time for pho takeout for it to only have 4 slices of meat for a large order. Unfortunately, I wont be buying food from here anymore.

It's pretty good for a small town pho place. The largest pho didn't come with a lot of meats. It was inexpensive, so probably best to pay the extra for more meats.

Zero stars should be an optionAs of today, we’re not eating here anymore. We live in the area & this has been an adequate go to for years due to proximity.I ordered the egg rolls, a large p11 for me, a small p11 for my daughter. Brisket, tendon & tripeWhen we received the food, I counted 4 small pieces of beef for my daughter, several strands of tripe, and one slice of tendon for her. I had five small slices of brisket for me, two pieces of tendon, and tripe a little bigger than hers. I told the man there (presumably the owner or co owner who’s been serving us for years) and he argued with me and finally relented to bringing four additional slices of brisket. I gave my daughter all of those including the one slice of tendon and pinch tripe from my bowl. I had three total bites from my bowl. The rest of my bowl was just noodles and broth. He told me the cost of food has gone up and I was welcome to eat at a pho place that charges $17/bowl. I told him I’d gladly pay for that and not get such an embarrassing bowl of pho. I told him I’d post this online, he said go ahead. I also told him if they’d have done it right the first time, there’d be no problem.I told him I’m not coming back. He pointed at the receipt and a said, “look, I didn’t charge you for a bowl of pho.”To be forthright, this exchange was spoken in Vietnamese. The picture w the brisket was the total of all the meat including what he brought out after I told him. It was from my daughter’s bowl of pho. The picture of the bowl w noodles was after I had eaten my three bites. Why pay for a large that gets exactly one more slice of brisket than a small? More broth and noodles?

This place when it first opened about 3 yrs ago had amazing service and food I rated it 5 stars but after constant let downs i had to change it to a 1 star. Living in a small town with almost no restaurants around besides fast food it was something different and it was good. Unfortunately after our most recent visits the customer service is horrible and the guy at the front whom I presume is the owner is often rude. The meat portions have gone done but yet the prices up with more attitude. We recently ordered take out and they missed half of our order and when I called about it they were extremely rude as if it was my fault. When we went to go pick up the rest they just pointed at it and walked away. It’s not the first time it’s happened but finally fed up with it.
