Good food, but the order needs to be correct.

The food was very good. I really enjoyed the sandwich it was the black and blue. The soup i ordered was piping hot and delicious.

Tried to order online & I couldn’t get one of the queues to work. Ran in to get lunch for myself & 2 colleagues.
Staff was helpful - no judging, quickly got my order together AND advised they had to toggle something on their website!

I havent been to a Zoup in years and I was very pleased with the lobster bisque. It was fantastic! The 2 employees working the counter were super friendly, professional and communicative.

Its a family fast food place, so the atmosphere is what you would expect. The food is awesome and the staff is very friendly. A little pricy.

I ordered a turkey club whole sandwich and got ciabatta bun with one razor thin slice of turkey, one thin slice of tomato and one piece of bacon. Soup was ok. So I essentially paid eight bucks for bread. I don’t recommend this place at all!!!

We came here to try something new, and did not regret it. Amazing service by the worker at the counter (Cheyenne?), the food was brought to our table, and the place had a cozy vibe. Food was about right for the price. Had the lobster bisque and cuban sandwich with the pick 2.

This used to be my favorite restaurant in Firestone have been coming here for years but after the lack of acknowledgement from the two ladies in the front. I work on n the industry and the fact that I walked in and wasn't greeted like always and then stood there looking at the choices and was ready to order and still wasn't even asked if they could help me but watched them greet another customer that walked in behind me and even handed them there food and still not even acknowledge me is uncalled for and unacceptable. If you want good service this is DEFINITELY not the place

Ordered a pick 2. A grilled cheese and tomato soup. I believe I received the condensed version of the soup as it was so thick it was hard to eat. My grilled cheese was hardly a grilled cheese at all. I let the service team know the syrup was out in a soda and it didn't get replaced. The floor in tthe eating area looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in months. Definitely wasn't worth the $31+ my husband and I spent.

Got broccoli cheddar soup and it’s the worst soup I’ve ever had. Has absolutely no flavor. Tastes like warm broccoli milk. Sticking with Panera from now.

Horrible experience. I’ve attempted twice to come here in the past week and every time I come they either close 30 minutes to and hour early and today when I went in there was no one in line and I waited 10-15 minutes to be helped. They told me after I got everything that they only accepted cash. Luckily I had a 100 on me but she refused to take it and told me that her manager would be upset. Not only was this already a bad experience but I came back with smaller bills just for two of the employees working just sitting at the table by the window talking and messing around and had a horrible attitude the whole time while remaking the food.

This was just not good. Almost like cafeteria food, or gas station. Really thought it would compare to Panera. Unfortunately far off.
