The Thunderbird Inn is a must go-to spot if you’re passing through or a townie looking for colorful evening. I come here a couple times a year when I stay out at our property and have always enjoyed hanging out, grabbing a bite, and maybe having a couple beers. Most items on the menu are deep-fried so if you’re a health nut, you’ll have better luck grazing with the horses in the field across the street. That said, the Thunderbird’s menu has evolved over the years and has incorporated some healthy options (like lettuce and tomato with your hamburger?).
Anyways, I truly enjoy this place, so come on in, grab a beer, play some pool, and have a good time!

As I pulled into the parking lot the air around me started to shimmer and swirl. I wasn't sure what was happening. I got out of the car and I felt like I stepped through a time portal. This has to be one of the coolest roadhouses I have ever been in. The pictures on the walls tell a story. The people are the bar telling stories tell a story. The people here, from the staff to the regulars are all awesome. I came as a complete stranger and within a few moments I had a dozen new friends. I even hung out with several of them over the course of my vacation. I had some great food and great drinks and had a great time. Jen the bartender and Ryan the cook are amazing human beings and make everyone there feel like family. I wish I could bring the Thunderbird to Florida. Great job guys, can't wait to come back on my next vacation.

The T-Bird is a great place to stop by, not just for food or a drink, it's over 40 years old! Great nostalgia, great staff and owners who have been there for a long long time. The people are great to talk to, mostly locals. If you want to say anything negative about the T-Bird please go somewhere else!

After reading the reviews and being out of towners, we were very curious about this place. We were pleasantly welcomed in and enjoyed the short time we were there. Beer was cold and the burgers looked fantastic. Tried to get in a few days later but it was packed. maybe next time.
