Ordered a caramel Cappuccino. They tried telling me I Ordered a frappe, which I can understand that being misheard, but she actually tried to tell me I Ordered that, instead of accepting her mistake. After I finally got her to correct my order, she charged me twice and didn't want to give me the refund receipt for the firat charge. And then she tried handing me some iced milky light drink... all I wanted was a hot caramel cappuccino. I will not be coming back. This was an AWFUL experience, from the quality of the coffee to the quality of the service. Absolutely atrocious!

I love their coffee. Way better than Starbucks and better price. Unfortunately on 4-21-24 I went into drive thru around 12:54 pm and when I was about to order my drink the lady attending the place told me over the speaker that they were getting ready to close! I was like okay. Drove away empty handed!
If your hours of operation says Sunday closes at 1pm I’m assuming You close right at 1pm. Not at 12:54. 6 minutes should be enough time to make a couple of drinks right!
I hope the owners sees this and talks to his employees!

We went through the drive thru we do not live in Ft Lupton and were only in town for the day .
We order a Chai tea and strawberry milkshake
We were the only ones in the drive thru and it took over 15 min to receive our 2 drinks .
When we were finally able to drink the strawberry shake it had not taste and tasted watered down there was no there thickness to it and had a smoothie consistency.
