The coffee is always really good here, but the thing that keeps me coming back is the friendly service. Its always good, but today especially was fantastic. Not only was the barista fast, she was so kind and made quick small talk while i paid and got my coffee.

service here is horrendous. Absolutely horrible. I told the cashier I’ve never been in before and she just had an annoyed look on her face and didn’t say anything. I asked for suggestions and she laughed and said i don’t know. She seemed like she hated her life. Everyone was quiet and wouldn’t speak up or seemed they didn’t enjoy people’s company. It felt very awkward and i didn’t buy anything and left. If i could give no stars i would.

Yummy drinks and breakfast sandwiches! I’ve also been able to reserve or walk in and if available use their office living space when I’m working remotely and need the privacy all they ask is that you purchase something. Kind service and environment!

Although I appreciate we have another coffee shop in town I was really disappointed in the coffee. I ordered a magnum (large) size white chocolate mocha and the coffee was extremely watered down since it only came with 1 shot of espresso. This is a huge bummer as most coffee shops provide large coffee’s with 3 to 4 shots and you don’t have to pay extra. If they were to fix this issue this coffee shop would definitely be a 4-5 star for me!

This is a great spot to enjoy food and coffee. Plenty of room for many people inside as it's actually rather large. Food is great, coffee is great, service is great, atmosphere is great. They have a drive through if you're in a hurry also and sell mugs, coffee, and gifts.

Stopped in from out of town as it was closest to an event we were attending. Very unwelcoming customer service. The ladies were rude. My daughter and I stood there for about 10 minutes before I finally asked about her drink that they “didn’t hear her order”. There were no other customers in the place, the two behind the counter completely ignored us while we were just standing there. Never asked if we needed anything or said anything, just left us standing there until I asked.Other than that, the guava passion fruit smoothie was delicious. Strawberry banana was super sweet.Looked like a cute little place! Just wish we had better customer service or welcoming, cheerful employees.

I went to the hard bean in fort Lipton a few days ago and I just had to write a review because I got the best customer service and interaction I've ever received from ANYONE, anywhere. The girls name was Annie and I was greeted with the most beautiful and happy uplifting smile. It was the first time I had ever been there so she was very nice to explain all the specials and seasonal flavor options they had. It was just the most friendly and comfortable interaction I've ever had at a coffee joint and I've been to my fair share of Starbucks with their fake smiles and horrible service. Annie definitely made my day and made me feel important like I was the only customer she had. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends and I definitely think that beautiful little lady needs a raise. She's amazing!
