Kiosk didn't take the card. Had to stand at the counter for 10ish minutes just to pay. Got 5 meals for dine in. Asked for ketchup and was given 2 packets. When I asked for more to be able to have enough for each meal they acted like I was stealing Christmas from their kids and only gave 4 more packets.

I’ve not had a bad experience here. I’ve been meaning to get on to do my review from when we did a curbside order a couple weeks ago. Alexa was so sweet and kind. My kids love talking to the person who brings our food out, but they got super excited as soon as they saw Alexa on the name tag this time because she shares the same name as one of my daughters. I really appreciated her being so kind with them. It was dinner time so I’m sure she was very busy but her kindness and acknowledgement of my kiddos went a long way!

I know that the worker seen this and can’t believe they would not care to serve this.. it’s comen sense..I ordered a large order and one the Mc Griddles the egg was black!!! Nasty!!! If you don’t like your job… just leave!!!

The 5 star reviews have got be paid reviews. If there was a 0 star I would use it. Food is cold most of the time. Why drive thru broken? Takes 20 minutes to pick up an online order inside. I thought mobile orders were supposed to be prioritized.

Worst McDonald's they take tooooooo long when ordering online there's never anyone in the front desk you will be waiting a while better off going to brighton. You'll be back before you get your food. The way this mcdonalds was built is awful

For a McDonald's, the food was great. Unfortunately, we decided to dine in, and it was a mess. Most of the tables were dirty, and so was the dining room. For such a new restaurant, it was a mess, and as far as the staff, no one even said hi or thanks. We will be back for the food, but we will definitely be taking the food home and eating it at the house.
Parking: Parking is definitely difficult in this location

All you would expect of a fast food restaurant. Normally they have above average fast food. But this visit my hamburger bun was not as fresh as it could have been. The staff is always friendly and food is always temperature appropriate.

Shouldn't have to wait in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for a Mc double when told to pull around and wait! Also STOP up charging on the drinks without asking!
