Very bad service today March 15, 2024 9:45am, the person who attends is very bloody, I ask her to speak Spanish to me, she said she didn't speak, I came to pay at the window and she spoke to me in Spanish.More than 15 minutes waiting for my order and those who were before me left. The manager should check that faster.

Went through drive through for a couple of drinks and a patty for the dog. They got the dogs wrong but they also didnt hesitate to make right by it.

It took almost 20 minutes for a single double cheese no pickle no onion! super simple... the cars waiting behind me left before me, that's six cars. I came here because it was faster than Sonic but now they're the same speed.. guess I'm eating on the run again lunch hour is over.

Order of the McDonald app went to the drive thru is the code I was giving to be told my order is not in there System but yet I had proof I order for that location & paid for my food yet y’all can take money for food I never gotten so Basically steal from me what I see because I had everything to show I order food for that location paid with Apple Pay & not one did the manager come talk to me about the situation I try calling the phone no one pick up that’s for wasting my time know I should of went to Wendy’s they don’t have that problem

First time in this McDonald's and was disappointed to see it was the most down scaled McD;s I've ever been in. Two order kiosks and barely enough counter space to hold a single register for old school orders. No soda fountain - wouldn't want anybody refilling those $3 drinks on their own! And as has become the standard since COVID inhouse dining takes a back seat to the drive through - waited several minutes for my order while multiple orders went out the drive through window. And considering McDs is the most expensive "fast food" going, it was definitely not worth the splurge. SAD!

There was a nice little old man eating in the dining room. And the staff interrupted his meal to make him move his car for the delivery truck. He was almost done and they gave no real response to his question why did he have to move. We ordered 2 Kirby meals both nuggets and one had very crunchy old nuggets. The other had lighter colored and softer nuggets that tasted better. The sandwich we ordered along with the meal was cold and when the food arrived it was without the drinks. At least the restaurant was mostly clean but one of the computer screens was busted and broke. Saw poor reviews of this franchise but opted to give it a chance...not impressed.Parking: 3 spots by front door otherwise you have to cross the busy parking lot across from the door or park on the other side of the building and cross the lot to walk around the building to the door.
