Santiago's Mexican Restaurant

We were we picking up and order and pulled up to the window there were two lady at the window and didn’t attend us for 30 mins so we pulled up to the mic and they still didn’t answer till we honked.

Usually, good food, here. However, today's breakfast burritos were mostly potatoes, a little egg, hardly any bacon. Very light on the green chili. Disappointed!

I keep giving it a try, but ultimately I'm disappointed every single time. The food here doesn't taste like other Santiago's. Today I ordered a smothered deluxe beef, bean and potatoe burrito. I'm thinking it's worth the effort to find another place for Mexican food.

The food was good, the rice was undercooked a bit, but was good. The service was laking, no friendly welcome or anything like that. The dining area was clean, and all in all , I was satisfied with the establishment.

I must have asked too many questions when I ordered. I asked if breakfast was still being served, whats closest to the breakfast burrito and if chorizo was available. When I rolled up to the window there were no pleasantries at all. She just grabbed my card and closed the door. When I handed the receipt back after paying she didn't even look at me and immediately closed the door as I was trying to say thank you. I really regret leaving a tip for someone like that. I won't be back here, that's for sure. Very unwelcoming and rude.

The breakfast burritos are the best

Ordered food over an hour ago, estimated time was 22 minutes until pickup. My boyfriend waited 30 mins for you guys just to tell him the order was lost even though he had checked in. You guys didn’t offer to make it right by just making the food. I work customer service and we would have had to stay late to make something right. It’s really not that hard.

Yes it 4 dollars for a breakfast burrito…

But its chef’s choice on meat… so hope you are cool with whatever they want that day.

Also… no meat in burrito…literally…

Open your burrito check for your self…mixed into the eggs is what they say… nope… lol

Eggs, tortillas, small cheese. Good luck. No meat.

I was pleasantly surprised at the extent of the menu for such a small place. We had breakfast there, and the burritos were way bigger than expected also. Great food Good job ladies!
