Used to always come through the drive -thru for burritos. This place has gotten progressively worse over the past 5 years. I don't know who is in charge here, but customer service is last on their priorities. Regular drive thru times of 20 minutes or more. Absolutely no sense of urgency. The food is completely bland also. Just a tip...faster drive thru times equals more profit for your store. Everyone working here should be trained at Wendy's first.

I used to come to this location often for chili cheese fries. Unfortunately, I found a long black hair in my food on my last visit. Called and spoke to a manager for a refund. My info was taken and I was told that I would be given a call back. Didn’t happen. I called back, and the manager placed the blame on the owners of the company. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a small refund, and the responsibility should not be on the customer to come back to the store for cash when I paid with a card. Santiago’s has forever lost my business. Very unprofessional, and they need a new manager.

Ordered my food at 4 told me ready in ten minutes I arrived at 5 thirty minutes interview drive thru girl asked if a can park and they would bring out my food. Twenty minutes later called to see what was going on the preceeded to ask what I Ordered ten minutes later I went inside my self and demanded a discount but no manager on site. Keeping mind I visit this establishment 4 times a week for breakfast worst experience I've ever had here in Fort lupton never going back

Twice I ordered a smothered bean and cheese burrito and I got a plain beef burrito and I ordered it for take out.

The meat to my son's taco was not cooked right o called them to tell they and the lady told me of was the tomato they put in the meat and they couldn't do anything about it
