Ordered 4 sonic blasts for my kids and I last night via the app. Got there about 15 minutes later. The mobile order stalls were full so just went thru the drive thru. At the speaker, I told the guy what we were there, he asks my name, give it to him, he says another name back, I say no, repeat my name, he says another name back, no…repeat my name again and he says they don’t have my order. I tell him what it’s for, says hold on, comes back on and says they don’t have it. Tell him I got charged for it, says hold on, comes back again and tells me they didn’t get my order. I tell them they’re gonna have to figure it out because I was charged. He says pull up to the window. Waited about 15-20 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of us to get their food. At the window, the kid asks what I ordered so I tell him again the 4 sonic blasts (2 mini Oreo, 1 mini Reese’s, 1 Med Reese’s) and tell him exactly what was in the app and in the email confirmation. He comes back like 5 minutes later and hands me a strawberry shake. As I’m trying to tell him that’s not my order, he closes the window and walks away. I knock on the window, he comes over, i hand him the shake back and tell him it’s not mine. He asks me AGAIN what I ordered! I looked at him and asked if he was high because we literally just went over this a few minutes ago and what the actual hell is going on. Asked for a manager and he tells me “she’s back there making them.” Another guy FINALLY brings my order to us. Fort Lupton doesn’t have many food options so it really sucks when the service received at what little places we do have is so poor.

Well, the first time I went there a few months ago everything was great. The fries were hot. They brought out our online order pretty quick and it was a really good experience and then we've been going back and we have never had that happen again. Don't know how to make a refund so instead you have to choose something else. I think they need a lot of training. I've worked in fast food and wow. Customer service is really bad. We sat outside one time for about 30 minutes waiting for our online order to come out and finally when we went in to check on it, it was just sitting there melted slushies and then I think it was a manager said we just made them and we thought okay. No you didn't. They're melted because we've been sitting outside for 30 minutes. So they don't own up when they do make mistakes. They don't know how to make refunds. The food has been cold every time since. So now we only go for the slushies and now it's broken down and they don't know how to make a refund! One of the simplest things in cashiering. They need to learn how to turn off the slushies on the online app if they are out and if they don't they need to ask for training for CS and give a refund. Customer service really needs to be taught there. Im so disappointed.

I told them no onions on my burger so what did they do? PUT ONIONS on my damn burger!!!! HOW HARD IS IT TOO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. They need too lower the pay because they not smart

Fort Lupton Sonic is extremely terrible. I usually don’t do google reviews unless it is extremely satisfying or extremely unsatisfying. I couldn’t even get any drinks/food because they would not take my order at the pull up station, I was there for a total of 10 minutes spamming there red call button and still no one would reply, I even saw through the window that workers were standing around talking and a few were even cleaning windows rather then taking orders. I looked around while spamming the call button and I saw multiple customers leave, I and other customers even pulled up to the drive through and you still had to wait a while but they took your order but even then you couldn’t hear well at all. I was extremely disappointed, frustrated, and angry about this customer service, I ended up leaving. If you ever want a drink, ice cream, or food do NOT GO HERE.

I went to the sonic website and placed an order at 10 o'clock and on the website it says that they close at 11 I arrive to pick up my order after they have accepted it and then proceeded to tell me that they were closed even though the information said otherwise and they would not give me back a refund and I'm still waiting for my refund and no food this is ridiculous. It's sonic I want my sonic

A month ago everything was great when I ordered the same thing that I ordered today. The food was perfect. Order correct! Today however, I ordered what I always order from that particular Sonic and they made the sandwich incorrectly and then when I questioned them about it they insisted I was wrong and that wasn't the way it's always been made. I don't think I'll ever go back

Always slow with service and always forgets items from the orders. Quit making excuses when you come out 30 minutes after I order ice cream that the machine is not working right. Don’t expect much from this garbage town but sonic is always bad.

I’m a dasher, I went to pick up an order for my customer and she had 5 slushees. The order was made as soon as they (sonic) got it and left it sitting on the counter for 20 mins. Now if you know how dashing works, I don’t get to just pick the order and get it. I have to wait till the order is sent my way and accepted by ME. Then it’ll give me a pick up time which my pick up time was 5:57. I showed up at 5:55 and went to get my order at 5:56 and when I saw what the slushees looked like, I asked them to remake it because I wasn’t going to deliver slushees that no longer were slushees. It was pure liquid. I was told they would not remake it, I only had 4 minutes to pick that order up. (Which is a lie, I used to work for fast food, you don’t make the order till the dasher is on the way) I even had DoorDash call them and they told DoorDash they wouldn’t remake them, I was told to deliver the slushees that they had already made at 5:20pm. By this time, being on the phone with DoorDash it was 6:10pm. Almost an hour those drink have been sitting there, and yet still was told to serve. This store is down right disrespectful and does not care about the customers. Personally everyone in that damn store should loose their job because when working for fast food, customers are priority, getting their food THEY paid for made correctly. And the attitude in that store is crazy. It’s not that hard to make 5 slushees, to get and attitude and get loud because you were asked to remake it is really childish. That’s what YOU GET PAID to do. Your damn job.
