I've got to this sonic several times and the food is decent but the place is noticeably understaffed. I dont know if its because of the staffing issue but the last couple times I've gone for breakfast there is always an excuse of something being down so they are closed. I've never seen a restaurant be that riddled with issues to where they would rather be closed during business hours than try to serve you.

Very greatful for the app which allows me to save or I would not go too often as their prices can be a bit high. I'm a big fan of their tater tots and large options for drinks.
However, they are very slow even with an app order and their are no deals for shakes.
It's not a super busy place, but they could really use another worker. It seems like there are only 2 works which makes me question how well they handle food. With that being said, I do not order many things on the food menu. Good food handling requires focus and intentionality. Both of them usually gets dropped when one person is doing the job of many.

The workers all seem pleasant. Sometimes I forget the tip. Try to keep a little cash on hand for when I go. I will do the same. Unlike the other places (like Dominoes) the workers actually serve, and the app does not request a tip, so tips are not paid through card payments.

We tried to ask for a coffee at the window. There was nobody in line. She shut the window and didn't answer. Handed us our card and food, I asked if we were getting the coffee and she shut the window and walked away no answer. We were charged but never got our coffee.

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! they didn’t even give me all my food my fires were not filled up all he way and i couldn’t get a refund!! this is outrageous.

Ordered 4 sonic blasts for my kids and I last night via the app. Got there about 15 minutes later. The mobile order stalls were full so just went thru the drive thru. At the speaker, I told the guy what we were there, he asks my name, give it to him, he says another name back, I say no, repeat my name, he says another name back, no…repeat my name again and he says they don’t have my order. I tell him what it’s for, says hold on, comes back on and says they don’t have it. Tell him I got charged for it, says hold on, comes back again and tells me they didn’t get my order. I tell them they’re gonna have to figure it out because I was charged. He says pull up to the window. Waited about 15-20 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of us to get their food. At the window, the kid asks what I ordered so I tell him again the 4 sonic blasts (2 mini Oreo, 1 mini Reese’s, 1 Med Reese’s) and tell him exactly what was in the app and in the email confirmation. He comes back like 5 minutes later and hands me a strawberry shake. As I’m trying to tell him that’s not my order, he closes the window and walks away. I knock on the window, he comes over, i hand him the shake back and tell him it’s not mine. He asks me AGAIN what I ordered! I looked at him and asked if he was high because we literally just went over this a few minutes ago and what the actual hell is going on. Asked for a manager and he tells me ā€œshe’s back there making them.ā€ Another guy FINALLY brings my order to us. Fort Lupton doesn’t have many food options so it really sucks when the service received at what little places we do have is so poor.

Well, the first time I went there a few months ago everything was great. The fries were hot. They brought out our online order pretty quick and it was a really good experience and then we've been going back and we have never had that happen again. Don't know how to make a refund so instead you have to choose something else. I think they need a lot of training. I've worked in fast food and wow. Customer service is really bad. We sat outside one time for about 30 minutes waiting for our online order to come out and finally when we went in to check on it, it was just sitting there melted slushies and then I think it was a manager said we just made them and we thought okay. No you didn't. They're melted because we've been sitting outside for 30 minutes. So they don't own up when they do make mistakes. They don't know how to make refunds. The food has been cold every time since. So now we only go for the slushies and now it's broken down and they don't know how to make a refund! One of the simplest things in cashiering. They need to learn how to turn off the slushies on the online app if they are out and if they don't they need to ask for training for CS and give a refund. Customer service really needs to be taught there. Im so disappointed.
