You would expect your order to be done as ordered via the app. But for this location you need to ensure you order is correct if you do any extras, for example we had extra cherry in 2 teas and tomatoes on on burrito, and no onions on my burger. All were ignored so this location stole about 3.00 from me as well.

Super slow. Had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru line. Thats non sense for a fast food restaurant. And there were no cars. They are just taking so much time to give a burger!! All car parked stations were also out of order.

Since they deleted my last one I’ll post it again. We went through the drive through and you can barely hear through the speaker . On top of that the lady running the window couldn’t speak English at all and it took us 10 minutes to order, When we finally got our order nothing was right we tried to tell her but ofc she couldn’t understand so we left. It’s not just this sonic either it’s all of them. This whole franchise sucks

This is like the 2nd month I’ve been told drink machine down food cold wrong order service is crap what the point of being there of can’t serve anything. Glad sonic responds but don’t do anything about it. No wonder that crap place is by its self and the big 3 are by 85

Hadn't had breakfast at the chain ever. The breakfast burrito's were fantastic. Service was slow but you could tell they were short staffed. Ingredients were great and eggs seemed fresh. I'll go back for their breakfast anytime over the others.

None of the couple of dozen outside ordering stations were functioning. A few had orange cones blocking them off, a few others had badly handwritten out-of-order signs taped to them, and none of the others had functioning screens or call buttons. Highly unprofessional and highly disappointing.

Orders are never right. Chicken meals seem like they are using the bottom of the barrel and pieces a so small so a 5 piece is more like a 2 piece if your lucky. Shakes never have the right amount of m&ms or other ingredients in them. Over 1/2 of the stalls are unusable because they are broken. This sonic looks incredible dirty, and it is unappealing. They need a major cleaning, training staff, and upgrade. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
