Came in today, waited for 5 minutes at the order part at the drive through . Pulled up being next in line to the window. They never even acknowledge the car in front of me. So I got out and went to click one of the pull in red buttons to find that every single one is “out of order”. Finally the car in front at the window just left after another 4 minutes of waiting. I pulled up and saw people inside, they opened the window and took my order like nothing happened. Wild time. Also someone was water pressuring their truck in one of the only open bays.

As a business owner, I don’t understand how this location is still in business. I pulled up to the location 15 minutes prior to posted closing time and they turned off the lights and menu board as I was sitting there and ignored me. Don’t post hours you aren’t going to follow.

You would expect your order to be done as ordered via the app. But for this location you need to ensure you order is correct if you do any extras, for example we had extra cherry in 2 teas and tomatoes on on burrito, and no onions on my burger. All were ignored so this location stole about 3.00 from me as well.

Stopped going here because they no longer allow online orders which sucks because there are a lot of offers ONLY AVAILABLE online!!! I used to be a regular here, too. Very disappointing.

Super slow. Had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru line. Thats non sense for a fast food restaurant. And there were no cars. They are just taking so much time to give a burger!! All car parked stations were also out of order.

Since they deleted my last one I’ll post it again. We went through the drive through and you can barely hear through the speaker . On top of that the lady running the window couldn’t speak English at all and it took us 10 minutes to order, When we finally got our order nothing was right we tried to tell her but ofc she couldn’t understand so we left. It’s not just this sonic either it’s all of them. This whole franchise sucks
