This review is not about the food. It’s about the customer service. Nathan is rude. He gets mad at employees and customers for ordering iced water. If you don’t like your job work somewhere else. You can’t get mad at people for wanting a cup of iced water. I hope you get retrained on what customer service should be.

Don’t recommend at all! By far the worst experience I have had at a Starbucks. I am waiting to order the young boy who was taking my order was very very rude. Then I get my white mocha and it is just a cup with milk, ice and white chocolate. I tried to get them to fix it and they looked at me like I was stupid and didn’t fix it.

There was a girl with like orange curly hair that doesn’t know how to make them and she messed up the order and when she tried fixing it again she still messed them up this had never happenedand we asked for venti and she gave us tall
