Additional friendly staff hired and more/better equipment and the coffee experience is warm, inviting and fast. Many kudos to Dennise the manager. She has outstanding customer service and trains her staff to do the same. And-thank you to all the staff-you guys are awesome!!
Alex was super rude. It was cringe worthy the way she spoke to her coworker. She kept complaining about irrelevant stuff and downgrading her coworker and the way she was doing things and talking bad about other coworkers that were not there. She did not only make me feel uncomfortable but also her coworker. I am waiting in line all akward and uncomfortable and she doesn't even say good morning just sighs and says "who's next anybody" and I dont know much Starbucks...
It's your typical Starbucks. Kind scervice and coffee tastes the same as everywhere. But I don't like the coffee it tastes too artificial. Like they infuse chimicals to get added flavor. Perhaps it is just
