My husband and I came in and the gentleman Carlos served us and he was so awesome and so respectful we will definitely be coming back!!
Couldn’t even get a welcome before ordering felt rushed throughout the whole process of me ordering employee rolled her eyes as I was asking for a certain ingredients within a sandwich overall one of the worst experiences for This location never coming back.
How come you people can’t find decent service legit can’t follow direction. Customer service is just horrible. Be a better human fire those people and get someone else retrain your people or sell your business. You generally suck.

I’m writing this about the management, or the girl in the red hair, the way you treat people is so disrespectful and while I was waiting for someone to take my order you were talking so much smack about an employee, but then he came in 3 minutes later he wasn’t late or anything then proceeded to be friendly. Ehhh people like you, you disgust me. He helped me with my food and he was very helpful and respectful and yea I told him that you we’re talking about him. But he brushed it off. I honestly think you should be fired. Or should I let corporate know!!
I have dined at some questionable establishments in my life, but nothing could have prepared me for the flavorless abyss that is Subway. I walked in with hope; I walked out questioning my life choices.
The “sandwich artist” assembled my sub with the enthusiasm of a tax accountant in mid-April. I asked for extra pickles, and they gave me precisely two. The lettuce was a shade of green typically reserved for biohazard warnings, and the tomatoes had the texture of wet socks.
The bread? Stale, yet somehow damp. A paradox in food science. The meat? It had the distinct aroma of “almost turkey” with a lingering aftertaste of sadness. And the cheese? If disappointment were a dairy product, it would be whatever that was.
To top it off, my sandwich was wrapped so poorly that it disassembled itself before I even got to my seat. By the time I took a bite, it had transformed into an abstract art piece dripping onto my lap.
I left hungry, regretful, and with a newfound appreciation for literally any other dining option. Subway, you have bested me. Never again.

The subway had two people working and one was working on online order and had the guy in front of me wait for about 10 minutes since I walked in then when she finally helped him he went to order his sandwich and then told him they didn’t have the meat he wanted then he left it was my turn and she went back to the online order we where not helped for 20 minutes since since that first customer left.
If I could rate it a zero I would, we waited for 20 minutes just for them to do online orders only. Took one persons order then said they were out of ham and had only one type of bread, then he left and then I went up and she went back to making online orders. Two girls working with red hair and the only one with really short hair like why couldn’t the girl with red hair step in and help the other lady out. Still proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for her to say I’m sorry it’s gonna be a minute we have online orders. Did not look clean in there as well.
First,I asked for mayo on the bread at the start of the line like I have done for over 30 years and was told rudely, you can get that down there. When the sandwich was passed I asked for mayo on the bread again and the 2nd person put it on the meat and cheese not the bread. Then they are out of most fountain sodas but let the workers from next door come get free soda on non subway cups for free. So I do have coke to drink they didn't make a sign for but the bread is very stale and hard and with no mayo it's terrible. They have also run out of napkins. Just don't go there anymore.

NEVER AGAIN will I go here! Terrible service! Waited 20 mins to get a sandwich with only person in line in front of me! The two boys working were not only incredibly slow but rude as well! I ask for mustard but didn’t expect to get a whole bottle of it on my sandwich! If you don’t like customer service then maybe you SHOULDN’T work in customer service! They deserve zero stars!
