NEVER AGAIN will I go here! Terrible service! Waited 20 mins to get a sandwich with only person in line in front of me! The two boys working were not only incredibly slow but rude as well! I ask for mustard but didn’t expect to get a whole bottle of it on my sandwich! If you don’t like customer service then maybe you SHOULDN’T work in customer service! They deserve zero stars!

I wish I could leave a half star. Staff very unfriendly if they were out of a product they told customers ahead yet we’re out what else would you like. Not trading out gloves per orders. I had more bread than sandwich meat. The cheese instead of slices, they were like four slices on top of each other and different thicknesses, let us read. You know your lettuce colored green the sandwich before mine. They wanted a lot of Sriracha on it and they bent it over cut it and wrapping it, but Sriracha was all over her fingertips. Then she wanted to make my sandwich lady seem like she was having a bad day . My wife talking about starting sandwich shop here in Ft. Lupton. I think I may go ahead and open a Jimmy John’s here in town because this is ridiculous. You had no chips Doritos and lays that’s it. The cookies look like they were yesterday cookies and your staff is not cleaning up their lines and not trading out gloves so sounds like maybe I get a hold of the health inspectors .

Terrible service. Started as soon as I arrived. I ordered online for pickup for 7pm. Got there at 702PM. The subway guy comes running out to my car, telling me about how busy they were and yada-yada, said it'll be a few more mins until my food was ready (2 ft Long subs, a cookie and 2 sealed cokes). So, 20 mins goes by and I see people coming in, ordering, and leaving. Finally, after the 4th person goes inside I walk inside and see that they had just started my first sub. Starting apologizing again on how busy they were. I said I understood that BUT since they decided that they were going to serve other people after confirming my order was late, I cancelled. They called their boss TJ and complained about how busy they were and 'some dude wants a return now.' Very rude and unprofessional.

The service was very quick and quality, the employe spirit especially was very kind and quick and seems to actually enjoy having a conversation unlike most people these days. He definitely need’s to be noticed for his hard work, good attitude and kindness
