The food is absolutely delicious. The Strombolis are great same with the baked ravioli. The place is relatively loud so it's hard to have conversation. The food is pretty expensive overall.

My husband and I have been coming in for years and although the food is not real Italian like my grandfather from Italy cooked, we found some decent dishes that brought us back. The last couple times however the food has not been where it should be for the prices and the wait staff just keeps getting worse. I also can’t stand leaving the place smelling like burnt oil. We support small business but can’t justify coming back with the food quality and bad service.

Absolutely love the gluten-free menu and the fact that the staff understands celiac disease. Food was amazing and portions were huge.

I made a critical mistake and ordered a calzone per my friends recommendation, and not the stromboli... And it was excellent!! Now that I have realized my mistake I will definitely be returning for my stromboli experience. Loved everything about the place however it was a little on the pricy side I must say...

Everything I have had here never disappoints. Service is always good. If there is a wait, it is worth it.

This is our family’s favorite place to go, the food is great, drinks are fun, and we always have a fun time! Great choice to make if it’s one of our birthday’s!

I was quite unimpressed. The one star is solely for the atmospheric vibes. Initially you walk in and it’s a great atmosphere, the location is fine, and it seems quite nice. We sat down and immediately we noticed the pricing (23 dollars for simple bacon mac and cheese). Not only was the wait an hour and a half long, but price was outrageous, so we were expecting great food. It was not. My food came out cold (the mac and cheese), and had to be sent back for a new dish. One of my friend’s dishes was burnt, and the tomato sauces in my other two friends’ dish was very unpleasant (according to them). The service was also horrible. The waitress barely checked in, it took forever to get the messed up dishes back as well. Overall the expectations were set high because of atmospheric energy and price, but it turned into a major disappointment. Its most upsetting because my friends and I were very eager and excited initially to try this restaurant.Parking: Very hard to find a place.

My husband’s Stromboli was burned. My daughter’s food was cold. The service was bad even though we were one of 2 tables. I’m really bummed because we were looking forward to trying this place out. :(

We love Wholly Stromboli!! Even though it's a drive from downtown Denver, it's totally worth it!! The atmosphere is delightful... walking in, you see the inviting bar to your left and booths & tables to the right, with music from the big band era and crooners like Sinatra and Buble in an old brick building that has so much character. The wait staff is friendly, checks in and pays attention. The food is terrific... their specialty is Stromboli... duh! But pizza and pasta dishes are fantastic as well. I had the Chicken Parm, while my honey had the Baltic Circle Pizza, both excellent!! But the real reason we make a 45 minute drive to this restaurant is the Bread Pudding!! It is to die for!! Served sizzling hot and made with their pizza dough covered in a Grand Marnier cream sauce with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, it's simply heaven!! This is a restaurant to make one of your regular stops!! You won't be sorry!!Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly!

Let’s just be honest here. It does not get much better than this. Philly Stromboli with the house made Aoli, life changing…

Very disappointed in the shrimp scampi dish. Basically an expensive bowl of dry pasta. Then charged extra for 2 oz sauce to help the flavor & dryness. Don't plan to return.
