We used to like their food. But the last few times it was bad. Overtime it has slowly changed becoming inconsistent and the prices keep going up without improving on the food. Have also had several experiences, mostly on the weekends, where we asked for help and it usually makes no difference. Finally the service, delivery and credit card fees are very high. It’s the price of doing business and they pass that onto their customers.

I was there a few years ago while passing through. It was the reason my husband and I went there today. I'm glad they were open. Friendly service and delicious food. The entire place was suppwr clean, including the bathrooms. We'll go back when we get there again.

The restaurant was empty around 5 pm when we arrived. The waitress was attentive and kind. The food was substandard. (2) meals (1) French dip (2) Seafood (FETTUCCINE)pasta. French dip was average. The seafood pasta was horrible. Tiny shrimp and faux crab meat . The pasta was smothered with a very band white sauce. Way! To much sauce. Absolutely no flavor. Terrible dish.

Really slow, ordered the seafood app. Crab over done, oysters were not clean and not scraped could not eat. Told them it was not right and they said they will tell them. Disappointed and expensive don't recommend

The atmosphere at Acapulco Bay is great it reminds me of a nicer seafood restaurant and the menu is huge! They have buffets some days and the prices are reasonable!
They have the absolute best chicken Alfredo I have ever had, and my toast was cooked to perfection! The club sandwich here is good and hits the spot too! The Drinks are cold and have great flavor!
The service is family friendly and astoundingly excellent! I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a casual dining experience with very good food.
Great go-to for a date night or passing through while traveling. We will definitely make a stop here again!

They forgot two of my famliys orders and there was a hair in my grandmas sopapia and they were just rude to her the service sucked the atmosphere has changed so much it used to be a good eat but there food now legit taste like shit for how much they charged I'm gonna go to the mav or cables from now on they suck

The food was excellent my wife had on the pound of shrimp appetizer, which she said was cooked perfectly.I had the ultimate fajita it was great and their tortilla to fajita ratio was perfect. For dessert, we had the fried banana again, excellent i can't recommend this place more.

We've ate here for years but after today I'm done menu said breakfast burritos was 11.95 for regulars and we got charged 14.95 for super breakfast burritos ordered a kids meal with a side of eggs which was supposed too be 2.50 for the eggs and got charged 5.00 gotten outrageous and as soon as we said we didn't want the buffet our waitress got real short a snooty

They have a large menu but that might be why they take so long to serve. The food was nothing impressive either. For the prices it should be on par expecially with Seafood. Oysters were not cleaned completely and were sandy, they were fresh though. The shrimp was over cooked, crab legs were perfect, breakfast was good, but French dip was cold and over cooked, enchiladas were no good. This place has great potential if they shrunk the menu and specialized more on American and seafood and got rid of Mexican. I feel cooks are just inexperienced in such a variety.
