The first time my daughter purchased a Mexican marshmellow covered in chocolate that was hard as a rock! We went back in to exchange it for another one when she said we'd have to buy another one. Even though we had just bought a stale one. The owner was very rude and refused to replace it. We waited until about a month to go back. When we went back again my daughter got sick of a pastry that had cream cheese in it and wasn't properly refrigerated. The next time we had an order that included whipped cream she said we didn't ask for it and we'd have to pay extra! This time i refused and she refused to fulfill the order i paid for. This was the owner. She's very rude and doesnt practice proper food safety. We won't be going again.

Rositas is the best around! A very clean and well respected business that is an asset to Northeast Colorado. We have loved everything we have purchased there and there tamales are delicious. The pan dulce is terrific with good flavor. No complaints at all.
