As a family with 2 small children, we want a place we can feel welcome and that my children won’t be a burden. Every time we have come in, our servers as well as many other staff make sure to take time to talk to our kiddos and make sure we all enjoy our time out. The food is absolutely amazing and the portions are huge. This has become our go to spot for eating out!

One star is being generous. I've been here for an hour and a half waiting on my food. The plate they brought me 15 minutes ago was nothing close to what I ordered. Saw 2 couples, one after the other, up and leave because after waiting, no one even came to take their drink order. So finally they bring the plate... And guess what!!! It's something completely different from what I ordered.

It was hard to rate this place due to our waitress, Anna. She was horrible, but the other staff took excellent care of us after we went to order our own drinks. Cameron was excellent! I highly recommend sitting in his section! The firecracker shrimp appetizer was phenomenal. Our food was room temp though. The Southern burger was delicious. The Ultimate burger's over-easy egg was over-hard but still good. The chicken fried steak was burnt, but tasted fairly decent and the steamed veggies didn't have a very good flavor.

Disappointing. We were passing through town and decided to give this place a try for lunch. The service was great and it seems like a neat location but the food was just not good. No seasoning. Stale fries, the cheese sauce and meat in my sandwich seemed old.

We stopped just after noon on a Friday. Server was friendly and attentive, cozy in the snugs. I had tropical pork sandwich and son had chicken fried chicken. Hearty meal. American fare. ~13$/plate.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and a buddy stopped in at 7pm after a long day of fishing hoping to get at least a decent meal and it was far beyond not even decent. After waiting over an hour we finally got our food. We was told they was short staffed which we both were okay with and was waiting patiently. I ordered something I figured would be super simple which is Fettuccine Alfredo with Grilled Chicken. What came out was buttered noodles with some flakes of Parmesan cheese and Fried chicken bites. I asked the waitress for Alfredo sauce that it should have and she came back with the worse thing I ever seen it was a cheese CLUMP. When told about it she said “ I knew the plate was bad when I brought it out” Manger only cared about our wait time and not the quality of the food she offered us “Dessert or a Drink”. If this was the only place to eat I’d starve before having to go back. One of the worse experiences ever. And was charged $20 for buttered noodles smh.
Took 45 mins just to get a water and menu then over an hour waiting on the food then when we asked for the check it took 45 mins just to get that !!! The management pull there heads out if you know where and get it together

Don’t waste or time or money. Was visiting from out of town & figure we give this place a try with our family. The server was extremely nice, but service was really slow. (Maybe a staffing issue?) i get it not his fault. But after waiting easily over an hour on food, it was terrible. My husband’s steak had mushy crab on the top of his steak. I had a prime dip which wasn’t even edible at all. If you need to clear your sinuses this is the sandwich for you. My sister in law ordered a mango margarita that had no mango flavor what’s so ever.
