I commissioned a private baking lesson with Chef Strand for my granddaughter's birthday and couldn't have been more pleased. My granddaughter thought Chef Strand was nice, and she appreciated that his instructions were simple, and that he stepped back and let her try it on her own. Excellent concept, so glad we have such an innovate place in town. Great coffee shop and fun cocktail lounge along with open spaces for meetings and nice areas available for large gatherings plus a commercial kitchen.
