I commissioned a private baking lesson with Chef Strand for my granddaughter's birthday and couldn't have been more pleased. My granddaughter thought Chef Strand was nice, and she appreciated that his instructions were simple, and that he stepped back and let her try it on her own. Excellent concept, so glad we have such an innovate place in town. Great coffee shop and fun cocktail lounge along with open spaces for meetings and nice areas available for large gatherings plus a commercial kitchen.
We were on a motorcoach of 47. The food was ready when we arrived, hot, & DELICIOUS!!! I appreciated having more than one vegetable. The food was seasonsed just right. It was nice for those who enjoy wine to have it by the glass or purchase a bottle to share. I wish the young folks in the business the best in their new adventure!
