I visited Mosqueda on Sunday after church with some friends. Great location, the staff were helpful and the ice cream was awesome. Well... I drove off and left my cell phone. My work got a call that my phone was found. I spoke with a young lady who was so cheerful and agreed to let me drive out from Greeley at 830 pm. When I arrived I had a chance to meet Gloria. Most amazing Latino ice cream parlor I ever visited. There are so many different treats that I haven't heard of, and it is all delicious. Totally recommended.

Words can not describe how delicious this ice cream tastes! My all-time fave is Pistachio and don't expect it to be green folks ?, an inside joke the Gloria the owner and I shared. Before visiting the best ice cream shop in all Colorado, I suggest you watch HGTV's hometown takeover - Fort Morgan ?. You'll fall in love with the ice, the town, and its people like I did.
