The service is great till you order close to closing time so then they tell you that their "oven is broken" for the 3rd time this week and can't make the pizza. But that's okay once you get past the broken oven, dirty bathroom smell, and the dead mice (yes they have mice, and yes you will most likely see a mouse run across the carpet), their food is good. They are usually super friendly if something is wrong with your order, and they make it right every time.

I ordered the deal box like the family box with 2 pizzas, buffalo chicken, and cheese bread sticks. The pizza was fine, the bread sticks were fine, the chicken was lacking its hot sauce so bad, it wasn't enough to cover all the pieces. I even closed the lid to shake it and still not all the nuggets were covered. It was a lack of sauce really bad. There was a lack of marinara sauce too for the bread sticks. It was kinda my fault a bit because I was asked to look at the food before I left, I trusted them enough not too. Please look at your food when they ask!!! Get some sauce with them wings and bread sticks!!!!!Love that this location still has a salad bar too.Parking: They have their own parking lot with plenty of free parking around their building.
Love my local Pizza Hut, the dining room is as it should for that nostalgic PIZZA hut feel. The staff doesn't disappoint, we've been there after games with our teams and gotten a big stack of carry out pizzas and the staff are always ready when we need them. Some arcade games in the dining room would bring some needed entertainment for the kids maybe someday?

Generally we love this Pizza Hut. We always have such great service. Tonight left a bit of a sour taste in our mouth from the service we received. Food was good. We always order dessert after our meal and did the same tonight. Waited for about 20 mins for the dessert to come out to the table and it was completely wrong so we said something. Then they said it would be more time for the right dessert so we said that’s fine we’d wait. Our waitress came back again after we were told they would put the right thing in, and said they don’t have the Cinnabons anymore. Now we have been waiting again for about 15 mins with no dessert or bill. Not our typical service we normally love here. Hopefully it’s just a one off but hope they make it right. Update: the waitress just brought the final bill out and apologized for the confusion and they gave a $15 customer satisfaction discount. Updated from 3 to 5 stars

They called me a few minutes after I ordered, informing me that they had closed early and would not make my pizza, which was already paid for via debit. They said that it was my fault for ordering close to closing, and manager on duty was extremely rude.

Lot of flies and didn't seem clean. No customer service. Ended up putting in an online order because we were sitting and waiting to long. The online order for Pick up was 15 minutes later than estimated just to find out the pizza had been sitting in the warmer the entire time.

Good food and the service was amazing. The only thing was they do not sell beer at this pizza hut. But everything else was fine. The salad bar was good as well

Would suggest that they be more sanitizing don't handle money or other things and then handle food right after clean your hands keep a sanitized work area but it is better than other restaurants
