We were passing through on our way back home to Canada and had to stop after reading all the amazing reviews! Huge portions and food is so authentic. If you order the chicken meal it is definitely enough for two people and is done in Mexican bbq style. The hot peppers ?️ are very spicy!! The chorizo meal was also excellent and not greasy at all which I have experienced at other Mexican restaurants. Full of flavour and large portion size. All meals come with the corn tortillas as well as rice and refried beans! So yummy. I highly recommend if you are travelling I-76

Holy moly so delicious. My wife and I ordered a torta asada and the whole grilled chicken meal not knowing what we were getting into and wow were we surprised! The portions were very generous ( we ended up splitting the torta for lunch, and the chicken meal we just split for dinner and there's STILL left overs), and the food was so beautifully seasoned. By far some of the best food in Fort Morgan. We will be coming back.Just a couple of things; I think it would be helpful if the prices were posted on the menu on the side of the truck, and I thought it was strange the sauces were given to us in ziploc bags. 15 years I worked in kitchens and that's a first I gotta say ?

I mean, the Mexican chef does not accept the gastronomy of other cultures. They don't know that there are people who are allergic to spicy food or beans. But it is not a practice exclusive to this business. But a common denominator of Mexican food in Colorado. All their dishes end in tacos, burritos, pupusa or gorditas.
