My family and I have had a long drive from Wisconsin, got some good sleep but the hotel coffee wasn’t good. I wanted my mom to try Starbucks for the first time so I see this location, google says it’s open. We arrive and there’s nobody working and Starbucks is closed. The speedway was open but the Starbucks was not. Very disappointed that google says it’s open but it’s not. Not a great start to my morning now…and we have another 10 hour drive. Thanks to whoever didn’t show up to work! Haha guess we will drive to Denver for Starbucks.

I have ordered the same drink same way and I have been charged 3 different prices the increase is anywhere from $1-$3. In the same week so it isn’t a charge increase it feels more like they are charging me what they feel like or tipping themselves just in case I don’t tip and I do always tip so this is disappointing. I won’t be going back just letting yall know check your drink prices.

Asked for a iced matcha latte with raspberry syrup and a scoop of matcha on the bottom, they put the syrup on the bottom. And poured the latte on top....no scoop of matcha and didnt stir it at all so my whole drink at a layer of syrup sitting on the bottom.....for a small $6 drink, definitely not worth it.

Was passing through, drove way out of the way to get here. There were no cars on the drive-through, I was asked to please review the menu for a moment and will be right with you, I sat there in silence for four or five minutes….. I also drove off in silence, no purchase made, not sure what’s going on 🤷🏼.

I drink black coffee I'm not interested in paying $3.50 for a black coffee if someone wants to pay 8 bucks for a fancy drink that's fine. It's just too expensive for me other than that the food's good and the coffee is good.

What a joke! They never have the supplies to make any coffee right… they are always missing something! Who does the ordering for this location?? We went in at 8am this morning & their espresso machine was down (because they didn’t have cleaning tablets for the machine ??♀️) and their cold brew “wasn’t ready” …. Um….. what should I order?! Don’t waste your time going in!
The service was good. That’s the only positive thing I can say. They couldn’t scan my Starbucks code. The internet was terrible so couldn’t call up my number. The coffee tasted like the hotel coffee I dumped out not 20 minutes before. Very disappointed. This is the second time I’ve gotten Starbucks coffee at Safeway (in two different states) and have been disappointed both time. I’ve learned my lesson.
