Wish they had more variety on Asian foods. They don't have much of a selection and wish they did. I guess Safeway is where I will continue to get my ichiban and I will continue to get most my groceries out of town...

It was a dirty Walmart, very unfriendly employees. Not very many spoke English to be able to help. The music sounded like heart of the city Mexico.

My husband and I brought our car in for new tires. We where told they where understaffed and it would be one or two hours. I decided to check after an hour and found our car parked with brand new tires! Opening the door to go out was a problem as the handle wouldn't turn as it was locked so I looked over to the cashier who rolled her eyes and angrily told me to "JUST PULL"! . When I returned to ask her for my keys and to sign out she walked away and stayed gone for a good 30 minutes lunch break I guess..

We need a negative star. This place has consistently, again I say consistently atrocious customer service. But apparently, they don't care to improve. Look at the other reviews. Today I was waiting in line to do a return while a lady was pecking around on her phone looking for her order number. Meanwhile, the line grows longer and longer. Tiffanye allowed this situation to progressively get worse. She didn't call for help, she didn't greet, she just stood there allowing this woman pick and peck on her phone. When I was finally frustrated and asked what was going wrong, I was accused of being rude. Whaaaaattt? Who is rude here? When a member of "leadership" finally arrived--because I was so rude She informed me that anyone at the front of the line basically had ownership of that space and they could do whatever they want. So that must be policy. Magically, before I left the area the two other registers were manned and the line was moving. Ms. hunt and peck was moved to the side and was still picking and pecking on her phone. But "I could have been nicer." Then, silly me, I was looking for something in hardware and the surly man there could not be disturbed. I don't care if they are giving it away, stay away. I went to ACE hardware, found what I WAS going to buy at Walmart.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Upon arriving a cop was escorting a homeless man out who was arguing and cussing up a storm to someone else which should've been my first sign to not enter the Walmart. Not only were employees rude, but most of them were on the floor doing NOTHING and the shelves were empty. Everything that I needed wasn't there, and I can't order it online. My mom and I was told by an employee that the reason the shelves are empty is because people don't want to come in and stock on Sundays. I also couldn't find the price for a lot of things since there was no price tag so I had to use my phone/Walmart app to scan for the prices. There's also no A/C so that made it hotter as heck inside due to being crammed with a lot of people, I felt like I was in a mosh pit the way it felt people always surrounding me in aisles and the heat circulating. Try to avoid this Walmart much as you can, all it does is cause you stress and frustration which isn't worth it. The Walmart in Sterling is a lot better!

This store is not enforcing the state mandate and company policy for masks. There are customers all over the store with no masks on, probably spreading COVID all over the merchandise, and neither the greeter nor the security guard are preventing them from entering the store. I don't feel safe here and I won't be returning to this store.

Went to return an item yesterday at 11am and was told that customer service was closed. I asked the staff member how I should return and her response was to shrug her shoulders and say "I don't know" before she walked away. Another person (yellow vest) said that they were understaffed and customer service was closed for another 3 hours and I would just have to come back. Major customers issues normally but this was over the top. I finally doing someone willing to help me, but that was the 5th person I spoke to.

John from the home decor area gave an outstanding job of showing us kindness and effort. He was lovely and made sure we left home with the right paint we wanted and he made sure we knew exactly what we were taking home

The people that work there are completely and utterly rude. I understand if I come in with an attitude I expect that in return, but if I come walk through those doors and acknowledge the greeter by smiling and saying hello only to get stared at like I just killed her dog then we've got some issues with customer service training. This however is just the start. They don't pay attention to the release date of items so if you try to buy one the system will not sell it. It's even better when some slack jaw moron tries to explain why they can't sell it. Maybe next time instead of crying how much of fine they'll receive, they should spend time hiring employees that understand what the phrase "Do Not Display Before this date" means. I can't stress how incompetent these people. Instead of an electronic associate bothering to get the keys and preform a price check I was informed it would easier for me to order the computer online and pick it up then next day. I'm done shopping with Wal*Mart and all the other companies they own. I'm taking my money to Greeley.

The rudest most prejudiced people work here! I bought a fishing pole and didn't notice at the time I purchased it that the crank was missing and neither did the cashier or the person in sporting goods that helped me pick it out. But they won't replace it and it still has the tags on it. I do not have the receipt but paid with my credit card, but because if the price there's nothing they can do. Only because you're lazy!!!!

Worst Walmart I've ever seen.They are always out of stock on a lot of stuff and a lot of food items they don't carry mostly because they try to sell their own great value brand

Took my car to the tire lube express for an oil change, they changed the oil then parked my car and pulled it up to close to the curb and popped my front bumper out of the grill. Untrained and not professional at all. Never take your car there.

tire center really sucks, it took them forever to mount and balance 4 tires, no buenos, i do not recomend this place

Pictured is the woman's restroom, very accommodating to have tampons and pads by the entrance, but the rest of the bathroom could use some work, however (self serve paper towels and a complete lack of a toilet paper dispenser in another stall). The store in itself is...a Walmart! Petty shoplifting from packaged clothes and toys, the isles being a general mess and your employees who have totally given up on life...because when your entire town smells like manure...you just...have that look about you...
