Food and Root Beer is delicious, and the staff is nice, but they get something wrong with my order every time. I would still recommend.

I live 30 miles away and got two bags of rootbeer only to get home and one bag completely empty and soaked into the carpet on my car due to a cap never being screwed on. I really don't appreciate a loss of root beer and a loss of money and to get home and have to detail the carpet in my classic car Thanks a lot A&W

Told 7 minute wait for wings. After 15 minutes and going inside told another 8 minutes because they didn't start my food. After 42 minutes I finally received my food. Not understaffed at all. Lied to at least 6 people who also had the exact same issue during my 45 minute stay. DO

The female manager from Madera was completely awesome. She cares not about her customers but most importantly her coworkers. She's completely a manager that every company should have. She's amazing.
We arrived 30 minutes before closing; the person in the drive thru said ‘order when you’re ready.’ There was a muffled silence followed by ‘we sold out of everything.’ Lazy, lying pieces of trash.

Listen to how nasty this store is: after messing up my kids burger I gave it back to them. I watched the guy making burgers to make sure they made it again the way I ordered. As i watched, they took the meat OFF my son's returned food and slapped it onto another person's burger at the drive through! I kid you not. No one answered the customer service number so I'm leaving this review to warn you all before you get food poisoning. Also the diner smells like sewage. Really gross ?

I was just told to leave this restaurant because my service animal was not wearing her vest. The older lady told me she's not allowed in the store without physically wearing a service animal vest/tag. That is not true it is up to the discretion of the owner, legally. For all she knows I was a diabetic and did not have time to look for her vest bc of a sugar crash. Luckily that was not the reason.
