Buffalo Wild Wings Go

Made an online order to pick up, they forgot 2 of our 4 drinks, all of the carrots, celery x 4, we ordered all ranch dressings and got 8 blue cheese in our bag. By the time we noticed we were back home. Called for a manager and got a VM, that's full and doesn't allow to leave a call back. Now that I see all the other reviews I believe it.

Hello, my husband went here wanting a chicken wrap with regular ranch. But instead came home with buffalo ranch on the wrap. I am allergic to buffalo ranch. I’d like to get something free back because the drive is very far. Thanks!

I am due a refund effective 15 September 2025. Today, 24 September I still have not been issued the refund, I called the store and they said the Manager is the only one can help and they don't know when the Manager works. I would like the Store Owner/ Manger to remedy this immediately.

I don't like that it's not a regular style restaurant Buffalo Wild Wings. You just can come pick up wings, but not have a bar to drink a beer and watch a game. That's what I think of when I want to go to a Buffalo Wild Wings

Poor experiences overall. We were so happy when it opened to have a well-known chicken joint down here. Sadly, we only have negative experiences. Everything from not being able to order online with our BWW login, to the app “estimating” a ready time that wasn’t even close, to them being out of an item when the order was finally placed online. The most frustrating is that you’re lucky if someone is at the counter when you get there. And if they are, they generally have a “meh” attitude, don’t know how to put in discounts (they literally told a lady they didn’t know how to enter her discount when she *also* couldn’t place an online order due to an error code), and really could care less how long you are there waiting. Which leads me to the fact that the last two times we ordered, we were told it would be ready in approximately 20 minutes. We arrived 20-25 minutes later to pick up and still had to wait an additional 30+ minutes to get our food (wasn’t even on a busy weekend). So far, we haven’t been tempted to return.

People be aware the sodium content of some of their is over 1300 mg on some food this is ridiculous and needs to be lowered to reasonable amount. I had boneless chicken wings and they were dry and hard.

I’ve been here a few times. The place was always clean and I always got my food in a timely manner. the skin was crispy and the chicken juicy.

One time I had an issue with my order that I noticed when I got home. Called and they were instantly apologetic and offered me multiple solutions which I really appreciated. 20/10 on customer service

The wings were super dry and seemed like they were old and reheated never gonna go back there would not recommend. This place should be shut down. Horrible food, and it has my stomach upset.

Ordered the 20 boneless wing bundle. Most of them were tiny chunks of over fried breading with barely any meat inside and the ones that did have meat were so overdone that they were extremely dried out and not 1 of them was a decent piece of juicy chicken. We have ordered from here a couple times and this time the wings were so awful we barely ate them due to them feeling like tiny bricks. Kids wouldn’t even eat them. Not sure if or when we will be back after this.. only gave 2 starts cuz the fries were good at least

I just had my order delivered and had 2 orders of onion rings each order literally only had 5 onion rings in it. They charge 6.50 per order. This is ridiculous. We also ordered veggies celery and carrots and didn’t get those delivered. Definitely Brit ordering from them again

6/25/2025 Terrible custmer service the young Black girl was rude at not friendly at all. Sha had like 15 face piercings! A bit lije a freak show. Personally i don't think this is the individual you want to interact with your customers. I am not pedjudice in any way shape or form but this girl was to the extreme! Took my I order of 10 boneless wings , then charged me for traditional. I confronted her and she was rude some more! Said she would process a refund. I asked her for the refund receipt and she said it was in the bag. Got home and it was not in the bag?? Not s I re if she even processed the refund! This is the second time i have had a bad experience with the same girl. I think she hates her job and it shows! Again why are you making her the face of the store for your customers?? Some of the worst service i have had in a long time. I will not go back. She did give me the managers name of Calua

Great food and customer service. The only thing I don’t agree with is no MILITARY DISCOUNT like every other place around offers one why not them. Other than that great food and service.

No stars at all. They got one item wrong. Rude and bad customer service. They didn't fix our order. Never coming back here again!
Also, if you’re going to talk about politics and whats happening today about immigration you should just keep your opinion to yourself and dont apply it to your work

This place was immaculate I loved this place and the food was incredible. The atmosphere was amazing the kitchen had good music playing and lots of laughter. Was put out on time and warm. The management was great I believe Jack and Noah were great for answering all my questions as it was my first time ever in a bdubs 10/10 would recommend.
