Buffalo Wild Wings Go

Ordered and paid online. Ordered was to be done at 6:30 pm ordered at 5:45pm. Arrived to pick up on time, they said they needed another 20 minutes. 7:10 and wings are still no where to be found. No explination on why the delay, no empathy or apology just rudeness and a hot mess as 10 other people where waiting too and all their pick up times were surpassed by more then an hour. Corporate needs to come and get a grip on this location they are making buffalo wild wings look incompetent. This excessive wait was ridiculous, go to wing stop across the straight they customer service and time management is worth the few extra bucks.

I got the bacon BBQ burger. The burger was fine but the bacon was thick, rock hard and completely inedible. Sucks to pay a huge upcharge for bacon only for an employee to not care and send out trash bacon.

I think customer service is lacking for you guys. Whether I walk in or order a pick up it takes a noticeably long time just to be acknowledged. I also understand if it's busy but even when it's not, I made a game where I count the amount of times employees make eye contact then go do something else before someone asks "how can I help you?"

A girl named maya today was completely and utterly disgusting when it comes to coustomer service and representing the business as a whole. A manager asked for something and she went completely out of control. In my opinion she needs to not have a job

Hand down the worst place in Colorado. Who ever runs this should be fired.You don’t get your order at the time it’s scheduled (hour an half after your scheduled time)or they somehow forget your items.

Above and beyond customer service. We were not able to add the free boneless wings onto our order when ordering in the app. When I asked why I couldn't get the free wings, the manager went back and made us the wings and they were fantastic! Thank you again. You are our favorite Buffalo Wild Wings location!

I put in an order at 4:20pm for pickup at 9:10. I arrived at 9:00. At 9:15, they had not finished a single order since I arrived. It's now 9:22, they have completed one order since I arrived and my order is still 3 down the line. Enough said.

Nothing like watching orders get moved back multiple times. And the crew moving at a snails pace during lunch. Then having to recook my food when I got home because the chicken was undercooked. Temping is important. Will go to the one by the world arena from now on. Three time trying is enough, just disappointed in this store.

The food is always great, but sometimes when you order through door dash they get your order wrong and there's always stuff missing. But if you actually go in the store and order your food is always fresh, hot, and nothing is ever missing. The staff is friendly and if you get a wrong order they are great at making you a new order for free.
