Wife ordered ahead and got my son a kids meal. When we arrived home the kids meal didn't have chicken nuggets and one of the whoppers were thrown in the kids meal bag. Would rather go elsewhere with that service.
If the workers pay more attention to there job instead of doing whatever drug they do in there vehicle and repetitively honking the horn to their automobile and yelling at folks in the drive thru then no pickles means no pickles so launched it out the window. Must be the worst place in to eat in 7 counties don’t waste your time or money

How are you supposed to put mozzarella sticks in a bag and then on top of that we got a ripped bag and also I had missing food in my order so on a 1-10 I would definitely say it was a 4 not coming back.

Hands down the worst Burger King I have ever been in. Took 30 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers. Only had 3 people working at dinner time (6pm). 2 employees were bagging orders while 1 employee prepared food in the back.

Been waiting 15 mins..no one in the lobby.. if a bus of students pulled up. This place would break!! No one in the store.. 12:05 still no foood!!!! If I go up and say something they’ll get mad at me..it’s 2025 Millennial Age!!!

This location lacks it all, from not taking orders at the drive thru, to wrong orders, old food being served, and a frustrating consistency to the whole experience.
Dunno what this location is struggling with; it could be the lone employee they have working the register, and cooking for orders from two drive through intercoms, dine-in, online orders, and food delivery. But that's not my or your problem to solve, it's theirs to fix & ours to suffer if we make the mistake of hitting up BK in Fountain.

They will put ketchup on your order even if you when you tell them not to.

Terrible service. They Have hours of operation, but they are never open during those hours. They are lazy and unprepared. I called the complaint line and it doesn’t work.
i went in for a interview one day and when i talked to the manager about it she said there was no one with my name in their system for an interview even after i showed her the messages and emails i got about this specific location she wanted to keep denying it idk what it is about this bk but i do not plan on going back any time soon cause tha𝖙 is ridiculous
